Horrible service. I ordered a banana boat smoothie and a mango delight smoothie. The banana boat smoothie didn't even have bananas in it and tasted like sugar and yogurt. I order this smoothie a lot and it's never been this way. I politely let him know it did not taste right and that there was no banana in it and he simply said, "oh. Was it a banana boat?" I said yes and he said, "well I put banana in it Soo..." Then said, "have a good one." And walked away. He didn't even offer to remake it. The second smoothie was filled so full and the lid was not on it properly and spilling down the does of the cup. I had to use napkins to wipe the sides down.

My daughter was sick and asked if I’d bring over some meds and fruit so she wouldn’t have to go out. I decided to surprise her with a fruit filled smoothie. Mi’Shayla knows every kind of and option for every smoothie! She rattled a few off like 1,2,3. Just like she’s known all her life. I ordered two 40oz Immune Mixed Berry, a 40oz Activator Blue Strawberry and got a trail mix. She rung it all up at 3:44:28. She quickly made the smoothies, wrote the kind on each cup, asked if I’d like a drink carrier, put them in the drink carrier, helped me open the handle on it and did all of this with a kind, friendly, professional attitude! I was out the door by 3:48…barely 3 and a half minutes! My family has enjoyed and been going to Smoothie King for about 20 years. This was by far the best and fastest experience we have ever had. The SK by my house in a different city always takes 20 minutes or more and I usually dread going because it takes so long. Mi’ Shayla is an amazing person, efficient, professional, multitasker extraordinaire! She deserves a huge shout out and great tips! Thank you, Mi’Shayla, for doing what you do with excellence!

Very weird and unprofessional experience this morning. I submitted an online order that had not even been started yet. While I am waiting in the waiting area, a young man is sitting there who I assume is a child or relative of the employee working. He is watching a movie or videos on his phone that were blasting “************* all across the store. Then I’m told they’re out of bananas and spinach? Isn’t that the base of the majority of your smoothies. As a small business owner myself, I find that unacceptable. Period you send somebody to the grocery store right down the road to buy some bananas and spinach to get you through until your delivery arrives. Won’t be back. I’ll stick to the location on west rosedale.

The last couple of times I’ve been here there’s a girl who’s always on the phone pinched between her face and shoulder while making drinks and her shirt is always filthy. Today I pulled up and she’s smoking a cigarette right in front of the store while on her phone. I didn’t even go in today. I’ll go find another smoothie before I get anything from her again.

They are always closed now. They have a hard time keeping employees around. There's one young guy who works there who does a great job and now I don't see him. I'm over them always being closed.

Haven’t had smoothie king in a while, and y’all my expectations were met!! This little queer boy and gloomy looking girl were so helpful in telling me what to get. Perfect drinks to take to my country club gals <3

This store has the worst customer service ever!!!! The guy with the glass and the girl both are nasty, when we got there they were setting on the chairs and I understand it’s slow but they were rushing us to order for no reason. When I finally picked my order the guy started giving me an attitude because it’s not on the menu! And he started shaking his head. They need a lot training before they can let them deal with the customer. It is 9:50AM it’s kinda early for this kind attitude.I have been working in customer service for the last 21 years, and they don’t have it in them.

Just went today … very satisfied with them. The lady was very nice and had a soothing tone and demeanor. Not much it seems , but I don’t get that at a lot of places. So I hope she does well. And thank you for the smoovie ?

Went to get a smoothie king, it was 11 minutes to close, as I was walking to the door she locked it and turned her back to me, the smoothie king sign outside was not turned on even before I got there, no pride in a job anymore….

Ordered online curbside pickup.. waited 15 min past pick up time for my smoothie... the only reason i got it then was because i got out and walked in the store for it only to find it sitting on the counter ( melted). The guy working was standing in the back doorwat on his cell phone. Cup was over flowing from the top which created a mess, and due to it being melted it tasted very watery. Very disappointed. Also the number on the door was going straight to voicemail with no VC mail setup.
