Used too good to go app and got 2 streak street tacos and chicken stew.
Snap Fort Worth is the best!! Super friendly service. They offer excellent, fresh, gluten free meals that are so affordable! Christian, a manager, was super helpful with a recent order.
The food is consistent and macro friendly, great place to go if you're staying to stick to nutrition goals and grab something quickly
Updated review: district manager called, unfortunately I ordered through a 3rd party delivery service so they do not guarantee freshness it’s a different policy unless you order from their website or app. So I won’t order via 3rd parties again. And John credited me $50 to my member account which I appreciated although I’m not one to ask for favors, along with a phone call explanation. I would highly recommend ordering directly from Snap so when there’s issues, they can resolve them adequately. Updated rating since they really tried their best.
I ordered $101 to be exact, worth of meals for the week online. And then I realize today (the very next day) they all expire the DAY I ordered them. Every single one of them. So I paid to take their scraps off their hands I guess. Just terribly rude and not considerate to a paying customer to give them what should have gone in the trash.
I get maybe giving me one meal that expired the day I ordered but my whole order.
Absolutely love this place, it’s been a complete life saver. As an airline pilot and someone who’s on the go all the time it’s almost impossible to a) eat clean consistently and b) have the convenience. Snap FW hits both!
Staff is always a blast to talk with, new GM Kristian is professional, kind and has really taken this place to the next level. Always have a blast chatting with the staff and catching up every day I’m in. Huge thanks to Diego and Titus as well, the best guys!

I always get the Baked Ziti & Overnight Oats (couldn’t wait to eat it ?) ! LOVE this location & the changes they made to include discounts. Not having any incentive to come in for daily or weekly deals post covid really steered me away but now I can go in knowing I’ll get a good deal on healthy food.

Hubs and I have been picking up our meals from Snap for 2 years. Food is delicious, easy, and so fresh. How a steak is that tender in a microwave blows my mind. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They know me immediately and always grabbing our food before I even walk in the door.
The only thing to change is the app. The updated style isn’t too user friendly. I would love an update but this is minor.
I highly recommend Snap Ft. Worth!!

I visited the West 7th location and was assisted by an employee named Diego who was a tremendous help for me due to the fact that it was my first time. Definitely looking forward to being a long standing customer. The Chicken Tikka Masala is really good. ? ?

After having Snap Pass for a year, moving from multiple locations and still following each location move week after week dilligently picking up my snap pass order..I’m done.
The customer service is horrendous now. The people that used to work here in 2023 and early 2024 were nice, smiley, friendly and it was pleasant food pick-up stop on the way home. I enjoyed it because it was convienient and it was a pleasant interaction.
Now it is the complete opposite. The people that work here are rude and have a prickly disposition and an attitude to prove. Especially this one girl who has tattoos on her arms and lip injections. You can FEEL the attitude *vocal fry* (sarcasm). You would expect this type of attitude from some rude New Yorker or snooty Californian…but this is Texas its supposed to be a place of southern hospitality.
The food is NOT EVEN GOOD AT ALL to warrant this unpleasant experience. The only thing they had going for themselves was “convenience and friendless” but now friendliness is out the window and is it really all that good for you to always microwave a small plate of $15 rice and 4 pieces of chicken? Just shop at a real grocery store or at least a place that values you as a customer

Snap Kitchen has always been a reliable go to for me whenever it comes to choosing quality meals during the week. They have a wide variety of selections to choose from which I enjoy switching up every week. So far, my favorite has been the Korean BQQ Meatballs, Baked Ziti, and Yakitori Chicken. The staff that works in the 7th street location does an excellent job of taking care of their customers! At my previous job, they even stopped by for a visit and brought us their juices to try. Snap is definitely worth trying out if you’re looking for a stress free week of meal prep.
