The only reason for the one Star is that the specific location at 15600 Trinity Blvd #100, Fort Worth, TX 76155 is not an actual restaurant but an office building. This needs to be edited.
We are a regular customer. Ship date was yesterday 7/17/23. We received the food today 7/18/23. The food was literally thrown into the delivery bag standing up and some food trays were smashed as well as all the ice had melted and the food was not cold. Tried to go online and or call to make a complaint and no one answers the phone. Also, there isn't a contact us for a reply online. I have photos as a backup. Please call us 817-222-9177 to discuss this matter. Thank you.

Don’t subscribe to a meal plan! They will steal your money and give you nothing
The customer service here is wild. The food is good. But if you have an issue, don’t expect help with it. I wrote customer service about 2 incorrect meals, and they didn’t respond for an entire week, and then requested I take a photo of the meals. The point in which I received the meals was longer than that, so the meals were expired by then. I got a response saying , congrats your issue is resolved, even though they didn’t tell me the resolve. I have to wait several days for a response from anyone. Honestly they should pay you for the time you have to spend getting a hold of them, let alone bit picking me about two incorrect meals when I bought 12 meals and the others were fine. I hate when companies assume you are lying, when “proving it” is unrealistic. “Can you send me a photo of the food that expired a week ago, since we take over a week to respond?” By the way the website says they respond in 24 hours. I get that stuff is slow because of Covid but it’s not my fault that it takes this long. I just want a refund for the meals they didn’t send.
One of the worst places I've ever worked...I quit in a week and didn't even have another job set up...the job itself isn't bad but the people are.
