I’ve been a loyal customer of snoconelove for the past years and have recommended and shown them so much love on social media etc. I always wait in line & always order 5-8 snow cones as my household is big. Today, like other days, I waited in line for 40+ minutes starting at the tree of the dollar general with my kids in the car, they are use to the wait. We finally get to the window and order, the girl at the window is nice as always, I got a couple of the snow cones from her then another lady came with the rest of my snow cones. At the end she said “Hi I’m the owner and we appreciate your business and patience but after 8pm we are going to have to start putting a limit of 4 snow cones per car because if not we will be here forever”. I am shocked, after a long wait and arriving before 8 since I know they close at 9 her response was “they’ll take that into consideration”. Usually business appreciate more business & loyal customers. I guess not snoconelove. Don’t worry those are the last 7 snow cones I will be ordering.

These are the best snow cones I've ever had the mangonada is probably the best but the Georgia peach and strawberry is superior lawd Don't walk run!!! Once you had a bite you will want another then you will find yourself coming everyday like we do??

My only complaint is the wait. It would be a great help if someone went outside and took orders like Dutch bros. Other than that their sno cones are AMAZING. I haven’t had a flavor I don’t like. I think strawberry and Georgia peach is my fav! We go almost every day now.

***UPDATE***
The owner called me earlier this week and went out of her way to apologize for our initial encounter. I truly appreciate her for doing so as she did not have to.

This has been my most favorite SnowCone stand for a few years now. However, this recent interaction has me flabbergasted and left with a feeling of disappointment and revolt. As I stated, this has been my favorite snow cone stand and being that I always tell people about this place and I always make it a goal to bring someone new to experience why I frequent here every Summer. Now, I’m not sure what’s going on as far as opening times but if you’ve gone within the past 2 weeks you were met with a closed snow cone stand as I have. Of course, as I would expect anyone to do I searched on Google and Google shows this stand is open everyday 3pm to 8pm and I also follow their Instagram and it shows they open May and hours being 4-8 Monday through Wednesday etc. Being that this has happened to me on multiple occasions, I figured I’d call them to ask for a true opening time and to let them know that their social media page and Google are showing incorrect times. Upon calling the number provided on Google, I was met with a rudeness and very condescending behavior as if this woman who answered couldn’t care any less about what’s posted. I’m not sure why I was met with this as I was looking to spend my money and a good amount of it here. But I will say I will never be coming here again and I will never be recommending others as I would hate for them to be met with the same experience as I was. There are many snow cone places here who will not treat customers who frequent here that way. I understand people go through things however, if you’re going to work in customer service then it’s not fair for you to bring out those frustrations on those said customers. No hate here - the snow cones are great but I just care about respect more than anything at places I’m spending my money at. Hope the Summer is still great for you all. Just maybe some things to think about.

There is always a long line in the drive thru but it's always worth the wait. Nice smooth ice and endless flavor combination possibilities.

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids cup size. Perfect for little hands and tummies.

When you don't tell people ahead of time that you no longer take debit cards and waited for 20 minutes. Only cash or cash app accepted.

The cream tastes like baby food.

The Kupcake
