The food was very good, but I think they should train and educate the staff more. The waitresses were not very available, they got upset about everything, really no empathy. The place is very nice, only the staff

The waitstaff and manager on duty must prioritize improving their customer service approach. We encountered issues with table seating, initially being placed at a minuscule table, and when we asked to move to a more accommodating table, the associate tersely replied 'just move' and that was not the only smart remarks.

Brilliant!

Snooze is always a go-to for brunch. I highly recommend checking in through the app prior. The service was awesome! The food was tasty other than the cheese grits. ? The pretzel breakfast sandwich was DELICIOUS! We also tried a jalapeño and cheese omelet. Parking is limited immediately in front of the restaurant but plenty across the street.

I absolutely LOVE this place. The vibe is relaxed but the food is AMAZING. Listen, you had me at "we can make just about anything gluten free!" I got a flight of pancakes as well as their seasonal pancakes (pumpkin pecan deliciousness) all gluten free. I might have walked out of there full of pancakes, but I also left completely happy.

Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free options!!!! The pancakes are delicious

Parking: When it's super busy the small parking lot will probably be full. People parked on the street or there are shops directly across the street with tons of parking

Like any restaurant review, I have read differing opinions about service and quality of food. My visit on a busy Sunday midmorning was very good for my wife and me. We visited their website ahead of time and reported ourselves on a waiting list. We followed our progress to be seated and arrived at the restaurant and waited approximately 15 minutes for a table. The restaurant was extremely busy with customers. The waitstaff led us up a flight of stairs to our table overlooking the main floor. He was very patient and considerate with us in taking our order, without rushing us like some busy restaurant waitstaff will make you feel. I ordered a "western" omelete that was mediocre in flavor. The ingredients were fresh, but the food lacked any decernable taste. I'll order something else next time. Our waitstaff was excellent in keeping up with us, checking on us.

Johnny who was not our waiter was very nice and smiling. He seemed to be taking the responsibility of others who were not doing what they should. Nicie, who was our waitress was seen seated at a booth with other staff. We had to ask for water refills, bacon that was ordered but not delivered. Never got toast that was ordered. No one on the floor at times. Had togo find ketchup ourselves. Big kudos to Johnny!!!!
Give him a raise. Hard worker!!

Had the worst experience today. Waited for a table got seated and then ordered.Waited over 40 minutes and our food never arrived. Waitress said multiple times it was going to be right out. But it didn't happen. We ended up leaving without getting our food
