Staff over charged me for a whole additional Meal and on top of that the burger was raw after being told well done … seating crappy and guy calling out orders was on his cell phone the whole time and touching patrons trays with dirty hands

They messed up my entire order and forgot half of it. This place isn’t consistent unfortunately. When i tried to call about the messed up order they said “thanks for calling, I’m putting you on hold, okay? Thanks.” without letting me even say “Hello” back. Very disappointing, very frustrating. Getting home after placing a $40 online order only to find out it’s all wrong and then getting dismissed immediately is extremely frustrating.

Zero stars. Was asked if I wanted my sliders medium or well done. I asked for meduiem. I got rare. The Chicken was raw completely uneadable . The burnt ends were just pieces of fat. Really regret eating at this establishment

They don't accept cash here and have no sign to indicate this. Everything is pricey but delicious. Portions are not generous however, it is a unique experience.
Pricey for what you get. Pay extra for a tablespoon of ranch on the side. The beef is greasy and there's a lot of breading on the chicken and onion rings. The fries are super salty. Very loud, obnoxious music inside and outside. Wouldn't bring kids here as some of the music is inappropriate and there's no kids meals.

First visit and $56 for 2 of us only to be disappointed. There was a mixup on our order so by the time they figured it out, our brussel sprouts fries, and onion rings were cold. I will say that if we were to visit again, the popper slider and onion rings are worth another try. To top things off, we went to order shakes and they are out of banana puree and chocolate syrup. We also didn't get any kind of apology for the mixup, so customer service was disappointing all the way around.
