I could go on and on about how terrible this Sonic is. This Sonic is seriously unforgivable. You will be waiting upwards of 20 minutes to get any kind of food here no matter how busy it is. This place is right next to my girlfriends apartment and it always baffles me how they are never prepared and how they take about 10 minutes per car to serve food at what is supposed to be “fast food”. Today I went to pick up a mobile order and there was no one at the speaker after about 15 minutes of waiting, people were pulling out of the line because no one was taking our order, I waited because I had already placed my order and couldn’t leave. So I waited another 15 minutes to get to the front of the line. Words can’t describe how terrible the service always is and truly you should never ever come here. Whoever owns this place should be absolutely ashamed and Sonic should reject their ownership because it’s a stain on the franchise

We got just drinks and pretzel twist. My son‘s orange Fanta float had a plastic lid to something in the bottom of the cup. We will be in touch with the owner. This is completely unacceptable and unsanitary and unsafe. Do not go to this location. We should’ve listened to all the other reviews that talked about how horrible it is.

Ordered an ocean water and a cold brew and the guy in the drive thru brewed some fresh coffee instead of giving me the old one that was made already.

Services were so terrible I could cry and the man was so rude and careless I had a number 7 and a kids meal they brought mines out as a regular cheese burger with garlic butter no bacon no onions I asked for it to be fixed First Lady walked off ignored me I push the button again the man was very rude touched my burger and took it back put bacon on it brought it back and was very nasty and mean by then the rest of me and my son food was cold including the burger he brought back. I asked for a receipt since I wasn’t given one and he got more rude I come here every other morning for breakfast

I live 2 minutes away and I love Sonic but this location is horrible I no longer purchase food here because my order is ALWAYS wrong last week they gave me the lady in front of me's order and I received her order I always check my order right after pulling away from the drive-thru I walked in to let know is was wrong he took the bag of the items and I sat there and waited almost 30 minutes today I simply stopped by to grab two cups of ice so I made my purchase received my cups of ice began to drive away and realized they only filled up the cups halfway literally one of the cups wasn't even halfway filled. Like damn you can't even get a cup of ice right ?? !
