I WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES FOR THEFT! I went in today 06/29/25 at 636. My wife went to go pick up or order that we where waiting over 20 minutes for and they rudely replied with it’s only 2 of here what you want us to do. She asked for a refund and she told us to go through the app to do it rudely and walked away. Say less!!

We went to this location and it was terrible. They speaker didn’t work well so we couldn’t even hear the lady asking for our order, she kept asking us to repeat ourselves, and then proceeded to get the order wrong. We decided we will just change to the drive up. No better. We left and took our business elsewhere because it was just not good

So I came through the drive-through and ordered breakfast and my buddy ordered a burger. This food was not only delicious and fresh but the staff was incredible. seven thumbs up.

If there was an option to select zero Stars, that would have been my pick. As fast paced is this place is, I could not comprehend how in the hell they bring my tater tots out freaking cold. Perhaps somebody ordered 10 orders before me and they decided they didn't want their tater tots so they saw that they had those tater tots already sitting on the shelf so they just decided to give that to me. I am Shanaynay mad.
AWFUL. if you want to be preyed on by creepy men, go to this sonic! go into the gas station to put money into a pump and get catcalled by the sonic workers taking smoke breaks! and then, watch them go straight in from their smoke breaks, and then be right back out in 30 seconds taking your food order out!! i just went off on said employee and tried to call the establishment to speak with the manager, because this is a frequent experience here! no answer. got fed up with it this time when i saw the worker go in from his smoke break because he saw me looking at him while he was drooling at every girl walking by and making comments to them. proceeded to go inside and think the widow was blocking my view from him, forehead pressed against and all! not a great look for business. i didn’t even drink any of my drink because i was so grossed out by him. won’t come back anymore so tired of this.

Genuinely some of the worst service ever experienced, even for a sonic. Incredibly rude and disrespectful workers. Run down almost disgusting interior with roaches. I couldn't even go through with ordering food. I would highly advise against going to this location.
