Our Carhop tonight was named Lovely on the receipt. Could she answer any questions we asked? No. Could she understand our order? No. It's not because we're quiet cause my fiancé is pretty loud. I also got ranch instead of marinara, and my tots are not fully cooked though. They're mushy and basically cold. So happy to never go there again.

recently ordered some drinks for pickup, and not only were our drinks not what we ordered, one of the cups wasn’t closed all the way and spilled onto my arm when the employee brought it to me, and she just walked away. i understand it can get a bit busy during peak business hours, but i don’t really enjoy having a drink trickle down my arm

The girl taking our order did not respond to us, messed up our order even after correcting her. Then when we received our order, we were missing several things and our food was messed up. When telling them they were missing my grilled cheese, they gave us bread and cheese, not toasted, not heated up. They were absolutely rude, slow, and irresponsible.

Is the Reeses Sonic Blast supposed to have Reeses throughout the ice cream? Im legit curious cause my Sonic Blast literally only had shaved reeses on top, maybe like one tablespoon. Very disappointed 🫤

Keisha is the best! My daughter’s cheese sticks smelled like burned oil. I called and Keisha assured me that they would change the oil and she said there will be a fresh batch. She asked if I wanted a refund. I don’t want a refund but I do appreciate how Keisha went over and beyond. She made it right! She just tried hard to make it right and I appreciate that.
