Went there tonight to get me and my family some food. We had been sitting there waiting a good 20 minutes for our order to be taken when the guy finally comes on the speaker right at 11:00, asks me what I’d like to order and then proceeds to cut me off as I’m trying to tell him what I’d like and says ‘oh never mind mam sorry we’re closed’. I told him we had been waiting 20 minutes but got no response back. I hit the red button again only for him to again tell me they are closed.

I stopped the carhop that came out with someone else’s order and again reiterated that we had been waiting 20 minutes and we would like our order to be taken. It was late, we were hungry but all she said to me was that the guy who spoke to me on the speaker is the manager and if he’s not gonna take my order then he’s just not gonna take my order.

I would understand if we had shown up 5 minutes or less before closing time but we sat there waiting for someone to take our order for 20 minutes! If we had already been waiting for a good amount of time before closing then I feel like it should be good practice and courteous to go ahead and take our order.

I understand that they were backed up but again I had already been sitting there for a while! That’s just crappy! We just wanted a quick bite after a long day but now we are stuck in a long line at Taco Bell and we are exhausted! I can’t believe that manger!

Went in for some ice cream after dinner at a nearby restaurant.

I had the master mixed shake Oreo and chocolate. That thing was HUGE! Everything you want in a shake, plus moreover cookie bits. I could only eat about 1/3 of it before giving in to my sensibilities.

Yum yum!

One side faced some trees. I'd park there if I was going to stay.

Our Carhop tonight was named Lovely on the receipt. Could she answer any questions we asked? No. Could she understand our order? No. It's not because we're quiet cause my fiancé is pretty loud. I also got ranch instead of marinara, and my tots are not fully cooked though. They're mushy and basically cold. So happy to never go there again.

How is it? You have a food service company and you expect people to sit out here and eat but you have no bathroom that’s just crazy and then the gentleman tells me it’s because of Covid Covid done and it’s over with. Got to get your prerogative together.
