Horrible service and food was cold after waiting more the 15 mins for 1 burger and a small tater tot. It finally came out after the drive thru had been clear 3 times and it was COLD. Carlos the manager had every excuse except for the truth which was they let my food sit out instead of bringing it out when it was done. I asked for a refund and corporate and the store number and they never gave it to me. Instead they ignored me at stall number 8 until I drove away. I wish I could give 0 stars because this was lazy work ethic and bad management. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Please train better because both him and Cheyenne the carhop needs it

Ridiculously slow service. I waited 30+ minutes for my order AFTER I got to the windows. It was 20 minutes before they even acknowledged I was there. At least 3 of the cars behind me left without their orders because they were tired of waiting!

Just looking at it, I knew I shouldn't have stopped, but I was so dang parched. The service was so very slow, and all I ordered was a lemonade, and they brought me lemon water, which, of course, I didn't notice until I had already driven away. I called, and the person who answered didn't even seem surprised. She just asked me to come back so they could give me another. I declined. No matter what I will not be stopping here again.

This is the best Sonic drive-thru in Fort worth. I have a Sonic that is right next to my house but I drive to this one because their food quality is phenomenal I ordered the large fish sandwich meal and they cook the fish precise without burning it it's so delicious. Today I ordered the meal and I got a large strawberry slush and he put strawberries in it and I was so happy with the quality of the taste of the food fresh and hot and an awesome price this is my favorite Sonic fast food establishment thank you so much

Tried to charge my card over $200 dollars TWICE . Wouldnt do the secret menu drink I ordered EVEN THOUGH ITS SONICS SECRET MENU ITEM & messed up our order . Do better !!

Whenever we visit after 7 PM, our orders are often incorrect or take much longer than expected. However, during the day, we consistently receive excellent service, and our orders are always accurate!

3rd or 4th time I’ve ordered without receiving my food. This time I left without any food & a message for corporate. Best time to order here is early in the morning. Any time in the evening you’ll have a bunch of young people who don’t know enough about what they do for a job apparently

Waited about 10 minutes for our food and let me tell you well worth the wait.. We had 2 double burgers which were right off the grill allmv with tator tots right out the fryer. We Wil definitely be back.
