I tried to pick up an uber eats order. I drove up to the stall, press the red button and did everything as the uber eats store’s instructions said. I never got helped. I had to cancel the delivery because I can’t let the other customer wait too long (I got another order to deliver after picking up from Sonic). Thank you for throwing away my tips and wasting my time.

I purchased a strawberry limeade and it tasted a little different than usual. I thought maybe there was a slight change in the ingredients. Found cherries at the bottom of my cup. I absolutely hate cherries. Just disappointed.

I ask for a strawberry frozen lemonade and everytime i get a regular frozen lemonade. Any other sonic will make what I ask BUT THIS ONE. they bring an excuse up that that isn't what i ordered so them fixing it will be an extra cost. Plus the girl taking my order gave awful tone in the speaker. Pulling up to the window i could hear the employees yelling at eachother and just being non professional.

My drink was so filled with ice that it was no way possible that I received what I paid for. I took at most 4 sips, and my drink was gone. I paid for ice tea, not a cup of ice. You owe me a med cup of non sweet ice tea with no ice.
Horrible place.. I placed my order the women cut me off multiple times thinking I was finished… waited like 15 min for my food and called back and they had no idea who or what my order was…. No wonder these places are closing down every whereService ain’t what it used to be

Rolled up for 50 cent corn dogs, was told they were completely out. Ordered just 5 burgers, nothing special instead. Waited 30 minutes. Guy rolls up next to me in the next stall while I'm waiting, orders corndogs. They magically exist now. 38 minutes of waiting for 5 burgers, they missed one so had to wait an additional 15 for it, and lied to about what I originally went there for.
