The older woman working on the daytime staff is very rude and disrespectful. I nicely asked if they could clarify if they got a certain part of my order because it wasn’t on screen and all I got in return was her immediately snapping and yelling at me. Unbelievable. Especially during the holiday season. I told her to have the day she deserves.

I’ve learned especially on the weekends that my order is usually wrong or I’m waiting 15 minutes just to get my food and it doesn’t make no sense and all you get is I’m sorry this will be my last time spending money at this location let me take that back my last time spending money with sonic

I come to this Sonic almost every day because it’s close to my kids’ school, but honestly it’s become the worst one to go to — and it’s not the employees’ fault at all.
The owners removed almost all the stall order machines, and the few that are left barely work. That forces everyone into the drive-thru, which makes the line insanely slow… sometimes it takes forever just to get a soda.
What bothers me the most is the stalls that do work don’t allow tips when paying by card. So these workers — who are out here busting it — are missing out on all their tips just because someone won’t fix or replace the machines. Most people don’t carry cash anymore, so basically the employees are getting screwed out of their money daily.
I tell the workers every day they deserve better. This place could be great if management actually cared enough to fix the machines.Hey it together for the sale of your employees!

I started stopping by here on Wednesday afternoons when I pick my grandson up from school. This Sonic location is right on our way from his school to his home. Makes it very easy and convenient for Grandpa stop and spoil his grandson. Every time we have stopped our order has been filled correctly and the carhops are always very polite and upbeat. And the orders are always brought out in a very timely manner.

The person at the drive thru window was awesome. They were so friendly and jamming with me and the song on my stereo, lol.
I got 2 Sonic Blasts. They were outstanding! The service was quick.

Terrible customer service
1st time in awhile at this Basswood location. I asked for extra cherry syrup for cherry limeade and I can normally taste it at the 1st sip at other sonics, but I couldn't on this trip. Kinda disappointed. Not sure if I'll visit again. I might for another chance.
I sat at the drive through for 5 minutes and nobody took my order. Went to a stall and waited 10 minutes after ordering for a slushy and cherry limeade.
Why is it so slow here?

Do not use the stalls!
Most of them don’t function properly. I’ve also learned that for quicker service you must use the drive-thru here. They will take 3 drive thru orders before taking orders from the stalls. They have to get drive thru orders done in 2 minutes while stalls get done in 4. Very crappy way to treat customers. Lesson learned.

ate blast and have had severe GI issues ever since. ALL because they are too lazy to PROPERLY CLEAN the ice cream machine. I will not be giving this location my business again.

My Sonic's experience was the greatest !!! Team member Amanda made sure all my needs we're meet ,I was blown away with her customer service ,helpfulness and be to proactive can't be taught she just has an inact for it ...6 stars you guys are great.

If you can find a good Sonic it's pretty decent.. it just needs to work on its consistency of quality... Some of their fast food is really good... Others not so
