I get off work late, I'll be the only person at the drive in stall, have to wait 30 minutes for an order and it's usually burnt, old and cold, or made wrong and then don't ever expect to get anything involving ice cream. Never going to this sonic again. Beach Street sonic is 3 minutes away and they always make orders proper and even when they are packed you very rarely wait longer than 10 minutes for food and they have ice cream items all the way up to closing. It's always been the same girl there when I go too, overweight and rude. Please hire people that want to work. It's killing all your profits at this location.

Sux to say, sonic has gone downhill. If u need a refund for an item that you paid for on the app, get there and they dont have it, forget about it….manager wont help, their customer service that they say to call sends u back to store…. All these hoops to jump theough for a small refundRidiculous

The guy at the window used his bare hands to put the cherry on my milkshake. Then the chicken tenders were so bad we had to laugh -they were flat like a flounder filet. Everything we got was overdone and barely edible,

Ok, so I like Sonic, and this one isn't completely bad, except it takes a very long time to get food once you've ordered. I'm not sure if it's a lack of employees or if they are super busy with to go orders? Either way, I've been here several times and it's always a wait.

Waited on 30 minutes for my online order then the food is cold same old story we are short hand at 11am. Then the guy next to left even before his order was out. After looking over the reviews this place need to close down and come back with a new staff and management. The owner giving the 1800 number over the last few months is not going to help.

Ordered a shake 14 min ago with someone that sounded stoned. No one else was at a stall or in the drive through. They served the next drive through next and now another drive through as I type.
Just avoid this Sonic. On our visit today the staff was extremely rude and took over 10 minutes to make 3 drinks. Then come to find out when we get home, 2 of the drinks are completely wrong. Seriously, this might be the worst sonic I've been to.

Waited several minutes after pushing button for service. Ordered 2 wacky packs and 3 combo meals($50!!!) Did not receive mozzarella sticks and one of the burgers came out wrong TWICE....1st- Had ketchup and no jalapenos 2nd- no jalapenos...although receipt was correct. We just asked them to bring a cup of peppers because by this time, everything else was cold and soggy! Also, did not get ranch with ched r peppers. Whole experience took WAY too long and pretty expensive for the service and food quality!

This place is the worst. We ordered food and they never brought it out! We stayed out there for an hour! This sonic is absolutely horrible. The customer service is terrible as well. The lady on the speaker was so rude. We had a $30.37 order and they never even brought it out. We also never got our money back. This place is so rude and disrespectful I hope you do better.
