WORST Sonic visit ever. Ordered ahead on the app. No one brought it out, so I pushed the button, no one answered. Go thru the drive-thru to get my 2 small items and the sundae was melted and incorrectly prepared and cheese sticks were cold. So the order was just sitting there for like 25 minutes while a worker was strolling around taking trash out and smoking a cigarette. This isn't rocket science. Ridiculous. Go to the location closer to Ridglea. Or maybe fire the entire staff or just shut it down. What a joke.

Absolutely the worst sonic there is. I have had multiple orders take 30+ minutes with barely anyone here. Even when just ordering a drink it has taken 30 minutes. Absolutely absurd how this sonic is being run.
O my goodness I placed 2 orders of onion rings for $9. And I got over fried (possibly twice fried ) hard onion r that we wctually waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes theyntold us they were still. Cooking . Ugh yuk. I have a pic. That is
