I came to the Sonic to pick up a mobile order that was for only 2 drinks it was checked in at 10:52 and said it would be ready by 10:58. We checked in right away and put we were in the Stall 2 for mobile pickups. Multiple cars come after and get their food before us and drinks when we had only ordered those two drinks. Then after waiting a whole 30 minutes we still didn’t receive them and had to go to the drive thru and had to ask for our pickup order and then the worker had the audacity to ask where we parked with additude when we were in front of the door in stall 2 by where all they workers brought the orders through that exact door. We saw about 10 people get orders bigger than ours even after coming 10-15-20 minutes after us. Terrible location and customer service the workers are not helpful and need to pay attention better and do their job better. Any other location in the area is better than this one for sure. Then we also ended up getting the slushies kinda melted which I’m expecting they had them there 30 mins ago ready and just never brought them out and still gave it to us which is even more ridiculous because after making us wait 30 minutes couldn’t even remake this melted ass slushie drinks that taste shit. Go to any other location for at least a decent experience cuz you won’t get it here.

Sonic is definitely my go to place for sweet tea, and a good burger and tots. If that doesn’t suit your fancy, then there are plenty of things on the menu that will. The Sonic on Boat Club Rd. has fantastic service, the best anywhere around. Love this place!

Turning in to a McDonald's food comes out like its pre-made under warmer cheese sticks luck warm burgers just warm had pickles and ask for none check ticket and had o pickles

Carhop came out and taped a sign to use another stall while I was there to pick up my order. They are also slow and seem to hate their jobs. Waited many times for 15+ minutes (past estimated pick up time) for a mobile order that was just drinks and maybe a fry.

It's hit or miss here. Really depends on who's working I think. The most frustrating thing for me is placing an order through the app, arriving and checking in and sitting there for 30-45 minutes and watching 20 different cars go through the drive thru.... I'm really not one to complain but it consistently occurs here. I love sonic. The strawberry limeade is my favorite and I (embarrassingly) order one 5-6 times a week. This location is much closer to me but I will go out of my way to go to the Saginaw location because I either have to wait so long, get cold food or both. If I placed 5 pick up orders, I would confidently bet $100 on at least 2 orders having issues. Maybe they are understaffed, I don't know, but after months and months of the same issues, I will just go elsewhere.

Service is always incredibly slow. “Fast” food shouldn’t take half an hour. 90% of the time, they mess up at least some part of my order. Today, my husband (politely) attempted to get an employees attention as she was walking back inside, to let her know their card reader wasn’t working (neither was the app. Surprise, surprise). She made eye contact, glared at him, and kept walking. I work in the service industry, but never treat my customers the way these employees do.
Last two times I have come here I have ordered like with my drink and gotten lemon instead. I guess I need to stop ordering lime and just carry my own since employees here can’t tell the difference between a lime and a lemon.
