Went through drive through and asked if they had a sonic junior burger with all the veggies and cheddar peppers and a drink they come to care and give me a junior burger with cheese only and fries. I tell them the order was incorrect they take the bag come back with same burger and cheddar peppers when I say this is not the burger I wanted they tell me oh we don’t sell burgers like that. I said u can’t just add lettuce to it and I was told NO so I asked for a refund and of course it will take 24 hours to hit my card they think. Never going back to this sonic again. Can’t add lettuce sounds like they was just being lazy.

SONIC COLLAPSE ‼️ So this was my third time coming is was honestly trying to make sure I wasn’t judging too quickly ,bt it’s seems to be the and energy nd negative atmosphere everytime at this location . The first time I can I simply order mozzarella sticks 2 orders a small and a large asked for 4 marinara sauces . I was brought out 2 so I simply asked for another 2 his name starts with a D he is very sassy and has red braids he told me ok and never came back . I proceeded to press button and Kayla proceeded with the attitude which mad me not even want me food anymore . Who wants anybody with negative energy making there food ? The second time was was actually pleasant my order was as I asked and no rudeness or attitude I literally just left I ordered 3 blue lemonade slushie. A cherry limeade and 2 orders of mozzarella sticks I asked for 4 sauce . The sassy boy D came out to deliver an order looked dead at me and laugh then Joel bought my food I gave him a 20 and 60cent my order was 16.57 I was going to tip Joel with the remaining but the man dropped my change then said i guess I’ll go get your change like WOW ..

Sonic is Sonic. If you have had Sonic, they are about the same as they have always been. Better than mcds, probably cheaper than Whata no Texans and definitely cheaper than Dot your Is chicken, which is completely irrational. Solid sandwiches/burgers and some longtime kids and signature classic favorites. Better than a sharp stick in the eye.

Only one star because this place where they describe the Latins, I was working at the Sonic in Forest Hill and there is a butler who is very bad and has pure brown hair that not even their hands wash and marijuana cigars that they smoke in the kitchen.

Evidently, nobody came to work today. So nobody to take orders I went to Jack in the Box.
Took 20 mins to get 2 milk shakes and 2 drinks. Shakes tasted sour,pretty sure they where bad/out of date dairy products. Weren't even cold by time we got them. The lemons in the drink look like the incredible hulk tried to squeeze the life out of them. But I should have known better by now and just went to the one on altamesa. They seem to care about quality,service and accuracy......correction to my original review,the day shift is on point,only the night crew that is ehhhhh.

Bad service. I had to tell them my order at least 5 times, and it still was wrong, and food was so grease that you could see the grease dripping.
