I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Sonic location. The service was not only slow and unorganized, but the behavior of the employees was completely unacceptable. One of the staff members used a racial slur, which is beyond unprofessional and deeply offensive. No customer should ever be subjected to that kind of treatment.
Management needs to take serious action to address these issues — both in terms of customer service and the conduct of their employees. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge others to be cautious when visiting this location.

I'll not go to this sonic ever again. They had technical difficulties with the app so I had to pay 8.50 for two drinks. Then we waited 30 minutes for them!!!! I'm appalled by this experience.

Pissed off I am a regular customer. Came to get queso and a simply chili cheese dog. Look at this cheese yall. Fr then when confronted she was like ya that’s a side of queso. Ummmm no. Never coming back

Food was wrong on the condiments then when I asked what this was window girl said “that’s a side of queso” being very rude. It literally has mold on it and is warm.

Food was ok, but not worth that price, plus they never gave me a receipt and threw all my items in the bag, there's literally only 5 fries in the actual container. So disappointed, not going back

Manager Kayla was friendly and understanding. The cook? Not so much. I ordered two burgers, a Super Sonic Double Cheeseburger sub grilled onions and a quarter pound double sub mayo add tomato. My quarter pound was made completely wrong and was made as a Jr Cheeseburger (single patty single cheese), but both had old, cold, burnt patties and stale buns. Cheese sticks and French toast sticks were alright. When I went back to have the burgers remade, they said they were only servicing the drive thru, which is not allowed. I’ve worked for Sonic Drive In’s across multiple states and cities since 2013. Unless the stalls are actually down, they have to be serviced until closing. I went through the drive thru as instructed and asked for my burgers to be remade. The cook was not understanding at all of what the manager was telling him in regards to my food. I could hear her getting frustrated with him, but she was professional throughout the whole encounter. When I received my new burgers, I looked, and I can tell the cook made them with complete animosity and disregard for quality and presentation. All of the vegetables were carelessly piled onto the Super Sonic Double, and the entire burger was coated in grease to the point that the buns were soggy. The quarter pound double was put together less messy, but it was also soaked in grease. I called corporate and took pictures, so we’ll see how that goes. I will not be returning to this location.

Pretty bummed out with my food quality. I ordered mozzarella sticks here but I’m very confused on how there wasn’t cheese inside? It seems like there was cheese inside but maybe the way it was cooked made the cheese seep out?? I hope yall will fix this issue for the future.
