Teenagers are so sorry! I asked for mustard & honey mustard with my order, received ranch. Ok cool, I then go back and ask for mustard & honey mustard, sat there for over ten minutes then went through the drive thru and two of the employees were just standing there having a conversation outside! Need a new crew immediately! Not my first time having a bad experience

Bad experience at this location on Sycamore School road in Fort Worth. I pressed the button to place an order for breakfast. No one answered even though I saw three people inside. After waiting seven minutes and still no response, I left.
I always love Sonic! Their hamburgers leave something to be desired but their drinks are always on point!

I'll often come here for food or something to drink. If you use the order I had app they will never get it right so don't try. I have ordered a drink with easy or no ice multiple times and I've never gotten it the first time. My biggest gripe is just that they're not consistent in their quality of service
