I'll often come here for food or something to drink. If you use the order I had app they will never get it right so don't try. I have ordered a drink with easy or no ice multiple times and I've never gotten it the first time. My biggest gripe is just that they're not consistent in their quality of service
My order had too many onions. As soon as I unwrapped one side of my burger, he said I must have ordered extra onions. The onion scent was stronger than the smell of food for a family of four. To be clear, I didn't request extra onions when I placed my order. The slush machine must have been broken because half of the slush was liquid and not frozen. I'd rather go to another location.
I will say maybe there is new management or something different I was at a point of giving up on sonic on sycamore school rd this time last year. But it's been 100% turn around. The food is hot and fresh and made exactly how i ordered it. Great job, keep it up🤓😎
