I've never been to a sonic and the orde takes another 5min when the prompt says order on the way, plus when the order gets to my window the employee says "we don't have straws & spoons or nothing" what kinda management or business owner let's that happen.

Every time I go there is an issue with something...gritty chocolate, etc...But today, Feb 27th, I got a burger with a tea and chocolate brownie blast.Took a bite of the blast and it burned like whiskey, and smelled like the liquid from the bottom of a trash can.It was SO bad, I immediately made a report to the health inspector in case something happened to me, there would be an official report on file.Tea was sour also....but the ice cream LITERALLY has me worried for my health.

Pushed the red button and waited about 10 minutes with no response. Finally started to place my order on the app instead (since my red button push wasn't being answered), and as soon as I finish, someone finally answered. Told them we had just placed a mobile order. We only ordered two drinks. Waited another 10 minutes and had to push the button again. I've never waited this long for food at any sonic ever in my life. 20 + minutes for 2 drinks. And guess what? One of them was WRONG.Smh.

Honestly, really big burgers (when you order a double) and very good flavor. I ordered the double bacon and it was very delicious. However, it was the first time I went to a place like this and I didn't know that the concept is just Drive-In but I liked it.

1 star because you can't give less. Told they would only take orders on app. I said I was paying cash and I did not have the app. I was told if I wanted food I would have to download the app. Nope I went to Cane's down the street and they took $$. The last time here 30 min before closing a few months ago they told me the kitchen was already closed and only selling drinks. Tonight was an hr and a half before close . At no time was I told there was an issue with the system or anything, that I would have understood. The person over the speaker was very rude.

Google says you are open until 11pm. I had a sick kid and drove out of my way to get a simple ice cream cone. Your staff had already turned off the sign light and refused to take my order at 10:40pm. This is my second bad experience at this location. A few months ago, I ordered drinks ahead only to be told you were out AFTER I had paid and driven out of my way. My refund took forever, and no one gave me proof/receipt for the refund.The location by my house at least updates the app to warn me when things are out. We won't be returning to this location.

I went to this location on 1/23/2024 around 10:40pm i tried to order a sonic blast but they said they stop serving ice cream. I just happen to pass by the same location on 1/24/2024 @ 10:35 the lights were off and they were closed. They should update there website or have signs out there that they close early and they stop selling ice cream around 10:30pm.

DONT PAY CASH, THEY WILL SHORT YOUR CHANGE. I was at the location 01/21/24 at 11:45 AM. I paid cash and my carhop shorted my change. I even tipped him and as I was getting settled I realized he did not give the correct amount back. I did not stay to speak with him as I was in a rush. So my breakfast that was originally $7.01 and I paid $20.01 ended up costing me $9.

They are always so friendly and efficient, hope they continue. The one on Main not so much, don't order food there, it isn't hot, had to return, and ask for manager. Think it had been cooked way earlier.
