Just went to this location at 9:30 (which says didn’t close until 11) and no one was there to take our order. Tried to call and no one answered. All of the lights were still on and two cars were parked in the lot.

Arrived to the drive thru last night and they stated that they were cash only. Very few people carry cash nowadays. If your system is down, just close. What a joke.
If i can rate this place 0 stars i would.. first of all, my order wasnt even right. my burger had everything on that, that i asked to remove. i didn’t receive my fries either as it was a combo. I called and lady who answered said uber took the wrong bag but how was it the wrong bag if my receipt was on the bag?? makes no sense, they are the ones who placed the receipt on the wrong bag… and on top of that the lady said she couldnt refund me because i had to cancel the uber order…

Pushed the button to place my order 5 times only one other customer was there. Lady was rude and then when food came out it was drenched in mayonnaise and I didn’t even ask for mayonnaise. I just asked for a regular burger. I didn’t ask for only mayonnaise extra mayonnaise. Nothing just swimming in mayonnaise. Every time I came here it like this you new to get a new crew in there

I placed an order and paid by card and it went through, the server told me it didn’t, then I showed him proof of it, and so I asked what should we do so he charged me again anyways and I ended up paying twice. I dont know why there was no other option or a manager available to fix it. I waited to post this in case the money returned but it still hasn’t. Since no one will do anything I guess I’ll have to let people know in case it happens to them.

I come here often and the food and service is usually pretty good. However, last Friday night the woman who took my order and everything was very strange and came off quite rude. It put me off unfortunately, but I still recommend this sonic if you want a damn good Dr. Pepper. The service is usually lovely otherwise and all the employees are nice (mostly)

Placed an order via door dash the last two nights never got either order the first one was canceled due to an issue at the store and the second one took more than an hour and multiple dashers had to wait for the order eventually got a refund for doordash and ordered from another location.

Today I placed an order online and it got messed up. I didn’t leave yet because this has happened in the past. I was treated with the utmost amount of disrespect and lied to and he refused to give me what was missing from my order. Called for the manager and no help just attitude. I called corporate and am awaiting a call back from their superiors. This experience was so awful I will not be coming back to sonic for a very long time and this location is down the road from my house but I will NEVER give this store my business ever again. Customer service is awful the employees and manager is rude and not helpful. I would not waste your time or money at this location specifically.

Clearly there’s an issue with this location after I went through other reviews. I wasn’t going to say his name but others have an issue with the same person Paul was whom brought my order to me as well and he was just rude and has no business working in the customer service industry. Clearly management isn’t doing anything about it and is tolerating this behavior and lack of service towards customers. But also management themselves have an opportunity with their customer service as well. This location needs higher ups to come in here and set this place straight and start with sending your managers to some training. I work in the customer service industry and would NEVER treat someone how I was treated today.

Yes I asked for mayo but for my burger to be drowning in mayo is absolutely disgusting and I've worked at a sonic before so there is no excuse for this much mayo on my burger.
Ruined my whole meal straight in the trash I will never be ording fron this location again an I suggest nobody else does 🤢🤢

Had an order pickup when I pressed I was here I waited a while when no food came out I pressed the button on their kiosk feminine voice cam across I explained that I had an order she says she has no order for me I explain that I’m looking at the order on my phone she says I don’t have your order and hangs up on me on the little kiosk

I notices the sonic app is not doing the half price drinks any more. I actually like that I got my drinks half price at anytime. I come to sonic like 3 times a day.
