Service was excellent! 👌🏾 Our food was ready and brought out in less than five minutes. When my son had the wrong item the manager, Will, came out and said they would make another one and also gave my son a coupon for a future visit. This is what customer service looks like folks!

Extended wait times every single time I go! Staff is either really nice or really annoyed. I understand being understaffed, but the expectation of fast food is quicker than not. And if you can't give quick service, then an apologetic nature is expected. This location is just not it.

Me and my wife went here just for a drink, a drink keep this in mind. I understand working the food industry I really do, but when I hand you a $5 bill and you assume you automatically get a tip and don’t hand me my change back that’s crazy. The tipping has gotten way out of hand especially to think you just keep somebody’s money and don’t give it back and I have to request it back.

Sonic Alliance Texas ... Placed an order thru the App. I waited 30 minutes after ordering 3 shakes. 5 people received their orders that drove up after me. I had to go up to the door to ask where my order was because app stated order was supposed to out to be 20 minutes prior. I had to wait another 10 minutes after speaking with someone. One of the shakes were made wrong. Another shake was pure liquid and whip cream melted away with the top falling off and spilling all over other drinks and drink holder.
When ordering, they couldn't hear me, so I had to shout, which was unpleasant, I ordered chicken strips and mozzarella sticks and an oreo shake thing, the chicken was rock solid, the mozzarella sticks were very good, but the ice cream tasted expired?? Overall 2.6, so I'll round up and give it an overall 3.

Terrible tone acting like it’s an inconvenience to order. Get kids meals with no toys. Medium pickle fries with 6 fries in the container. Cheeseburger with no cheese. Terrible experience!

This Sonic has improved a lot. Now the staff is friendly and the food tastes fresh, although I don't like the greasy fries. The all-American hot dog is good, and I like the wide variety of drinks.
