I’ve been so upset with this sonic.
It’s right next to where I work and this is the slowest sonic I have ever been to. 15-30 min wait times. This location has mad me late nearly every time if stopped by. Just to get a wrong order.

They overcharged me and when I asked what I was being charged the girl didn't know and so.. I pointed out the menu and she turned around and said that,that was just a default price. so.... I asked what the default menu consist of and she didn't know

Ordered the popcorn chicken combo. Chicken was VERY DRY!!!! Like it had been sitting for a good long while. The crust was so stale I could barely bend it to even look @ the chicken to see what that looked like, and was not surprised to see that it was super dried as well. This was my first time @ this location due to it was on my way home. I will Definitely not come back! Fast food is not what it used to be. Was very disappointed

Service has always been good, friendly smiles.. but I have no clue if they have any clue what they’re doing in the kitchen every time I’ve went. This is my third time & I really tried giving them a chance this last year.. I really did. They just always have cold, stale fries & they never give you the upcharged extras you ask for.. They are so skimpy on toppings, especially their chicken wraps & fries. Their breakfast burritos used to be so good, now they hardly fill them with anything.

My rating is based on the fact that this is fast food, not gourmet dining. Ordered two meals on their app, drove to sonic, pulled in a stall, checked in and received my order a couple of minutes later. I tried the new smash burger and it was good. My wife had a sandwich, we both had fries and a drink. I can’t imagine anyone waiting in line at the drive thru, just use the app, even if you order from a stall.

Morning visit and it took more than 12 minutes to get 1 breakfast burrito, I was the only customer.
I ordered number 16 and I almost drove off because I was the only one there And it was taking my whole lunchtime before they actually brought out my food. Then I get it and my toast is burnt The sandwich was awful! My cherry limeade didn’t even have cherry in it. The whole meal was terrible. I am done with sonic. This is a second meal I got for a lot of money And terrible food! The only thing they got going for them is the tater tots. Normally, that’s all I get from them and a cherry limeade, but I’ve had some bad cherry limeade. It’s just not worth it.
Parking: This place was empty and now I know why so there was plenty of parking
