Their app usually works and works wellI wish that it would let me pull up my favorite stores easier. This store is really fast about getting people out of their drive thru. If someone is at the window and I'm behind them and I did a small order or a mobile order, they will bring me my food so I can get out of the line, and i really like this

I wont say the entire staff is terrible, but a staff member was awful. A tall caucasian gentleman's customer service was terrible this evening. I did a mobile order with 5 drinks. When i pulled into the line I was the 3rd car from the window and i was brought 4 drinks out of the 5 i ordered by a young lady. So i waited, and waited she never checked back with me especially being if i had everything i needed i wouldve pulled off like the car infront of me which was 2nd from the window. So after several minutes went by i went up to the side door to knock for assistance, and thats when i was approached by the gentleman that approached me by dismissively saying what do you need and gesturing his hands and shrugging his shoulders as if “what do you want” like i was bothering him and i said “ Im missing a drink” he rudely responded “well what was it” very unprofessional and seemed very lazy. Customer service is everything. Please do better.

Decent food, but the staff is just terrible. Three times I've ordered food here and each time when I ask for something specific, they say they will do it but don't. I might ask for a specific condiment or something added to my food, they will confirm it then when it comes to getting my order, they never fulfilled my request!
This time I wanted a cherry-limeade with extra cherries added. They confirmed this at the speaker, then at the window I asked for the cheese sauce that goes with the pretzels and the server said no problem.
Make it home and no cheese sauce and just one cherry in my drink!
Look if you're going to saw you'll add it to the order then do it!!! I'm just going to drive the extra miles and go to a different location, even if this one is close to my home the next time I crave Sonic!!!

I went through the drive thru asked for a number 3 combo large with a large cherry lime-aide. I live across town and would bring whole drink back on another day because they gave me a cherry slush with lime and not a cherry lime-aide aide. Manager Alex stated I have to bring it back today. I cannot bring back today so no resolution just a sour cherry slush sitting in freezer due to not being a cherry Lime-aide.
