Rude, thankless women. If you want zero communication and a cold shoulder at any time of the season PLEASE come here, these young ladies have a heaping helping of this with your order. Food was good, that is really what mattered, BUT it would be nice to approach a person or persons with manners.

When I got home, I found that the Smash burger was missing. We called Sonic and was told by Sal that they would cover our burger if we came to pick it up. I arrived at Sonic and asked the lady at the drive thru for the refund and she responded that I would be getting the meal anyways, implying I don't really need a refund. I told her that I still needed to drive back out. I thought it was really rude of her to mention that when Sal told me a lady forgot to put it in the bag. Then her and another lady working the cashier and delivery to cars handed me 3 drinks. I asked whose these were and they apologized and said it was for the car in the back. The level of incompetence is crazy. And then they started laughing with each other as if everything was a joke. Then Sal finally came to speak with me. He said he made me an extra burger, which I told him that's not what I asked for. I wanted the burger and also a refund for it. He said that was not possible. I was surprised that he was not able to do that when he told me it would be covered on the phone. Terrible service.

Been here before and never had an issue until yesterday. White girl at the drive thru took my card for payment, handed it back to me and closed the window. I only ordered a sonic blast. All she had to do was hand it to me. Then I see her coming out the side door giving other customers behind me their food and ignoring that I'm still sitting there waiting on my shake. I honk my horn and another girl opened the window to give me my shake. I asked her why the other girl went around me and she made up some bs excuse about online orders being a priority. She didn't even apologize to me for the wait. I just said ok cause I didn't want to get into it. My shake melted a little from sitting at the window for too long.

To Whomever owns this place.
Can't you see that maybe you've got the WRONG MANAGEMENT?
LOOK at all the negative reviews with photo evidence to back up their claims!
Something is wrong abd I guarantee you've got the wrong people in position!
You can't be turning a profit with this many unhappy customers.

been there twice to pick up online order. both times order was incomplete and had to go back to get missing food. 1st time I didn't know to check. 2nd time they brought food out to me while waiting and next in line. I was checking order - meal for 4 people - and car at drive thru window left. 3 cars behind me couldn't move forward as I was in way checking order. felt rushed by employee and all food was there and I asked - nicely with smile - as I was getting drinks if I needed to check or all good?
got back to house and everyone came to table for food and drink.
had to go back to sonic and pick up a milkshake they forgot. it was melted when I got to it 10-15 min later. didn't make or offer to make new one.
food is good. check your order regardless of how impatient they are for you to move along.
oh! the girl at window when I went back slammed window on me after having to get me some sweetner. rude.

So I placed an order through the app, but I forgot to add my daughter’s applesauce. So I asked for it at the drive-thru, and since it was just a few bucks, I told the girl to keep the change. Her response was like, “Oh okay.” Seriously? A simple thank you would’ve been nice! It nearly made me want to say forget it and ask for my change back. When I got home, guess what? No applesauce! So I had to head back out to grab it. Then, on my way to Sonic, my husband calls to say the ultimate meat and cheese burritos had no bacon. Fantastic, right? When I pulled up to Sonic, the girl just handed me one applesauce. I ordered two! I told her about the missing bacon too, and her response was, “Do you have the food?” Clearly, they weren’t really paying attention. At that point, I just said forget the food, just give me my applesauce because I was pretty annoyed.

Oh, and by the way, if I’m sitting in my car and the drive-thru window is closed, why can I hear everyone laughing and having a good time inside? It's no wonder they can’t get anything right!

I would not recommend they don’t listen at all I got all the way home and my food was not correct I call the manager and he took the employees side no accountability at all or a apology the sandwich had 1 piece of bacon on it it was horrible the other sandwich didn’t have any eggs on it it was terrible I do not recommend

Long line but ended up with fries that were not hot. That doesn't make sense to me. Guess maybe they had been slow and needed to use up their old fries under the lamp first. Garlic bacon burger was just ok. There was an off putting slightly artifical taste about it that I cannot describe but I won't ever order again. The Dr Pepper didn't taste right either. Overall waste of money.

The service here is pretty terrible, which is on par for the fast food places in the area.

However, I finally left a review because I will order a chilly cheese coney meal. They will regularly put it at the bottom of a bag turned sideways. Then pile everything on top making the coney smashed and the package to scrape all the chilli/cheese off. This is a recurring issue and leaves me driving extra to go to other sonics.

On top of this they didn't give me my shake i ordered...

Second time at the restaurant people are friendly but they are really skimpy on the chili and cheese for the tots and the hotdogs. Got more mustard than chili and cheese on the hotdog paid the extra for the tots and was barely any chili and cheese not worth the extra money I paid for. Very disappointed.
