Took them 20 minutes to make a watered down slush and cold tater tots and the slush tasted rancid. The sweet cream in the slush was sour and expired. Absolutely disgusting establish and will not visit again.

Messy Refund Process and Incorrect Order

I ordered through the Sonic app, asked for no cheese, and they still loaded my food with cheese. On top of that, they didn’t have Coke Zero, which I had selected. I didn’t want a replacement—just a refund for the Coke Zero.

They told me I’d have to call for that, and then after some back and forth, they said they processed the refund—but only afterward did they tell me it could take up to a month to show up. So now I’ve got my food (which they messed up), but I’m stuck waiting weeks for a small refund I shouldn’t have to chase down.

Overall, not a great experience. Poor communication, incorrect order, and a ridiculous delay for a refund.

I was told they “are not doing ice cream right now” in the middle of the afternoon. They didn’t say the machine was out and so I drove to another sonic. Sp this is not a policy.

Wouldn't recommend going here unless you're wanting horrible customer service and to be ripped off. Even sonics customer service is now ridiculous. I ordered a drink I've ordered many times on the sonic app. App had issues for some reason it kept showing error every time I try to place my order. I asked for assistance at the store and was told to just pay over 5 dollars for my drink or call customer service. I don't wanna pay a ridiculous amount for a coke so I call customer service to see what was up. Some lady tells me my card was declined and that I couldn't use the mobile app now for some bs reason. I asked about using he remainder of several gift cards on file to cover my drink because also there's no way to use all the small remainder amounts either. I was told I can't do this either to basically pay full price at over 5 bucks when this is not my fault and I have money on my account. I looked into this and my card was never ran so I'm not sure what is going on but this place has went downhill and became way overpriced now. It's ridiculous and I just wanted to let anyone who cares to know how this place is doing people. I used to love this place and come almost daily. Not anymore.

My wife went to sonic at stockyards today 2/2/25 we didn't get our order correct when she went back the thieves they call staff refused to make it right my wife was so frustrated the called the police I know it won't help but she called them everybody needs to boycott this location until it's closed for good

This is the worst sonic. Which I can't believe since it's so close to stockyards. One cashier extremely rude. I've called manager and he is familiar with her. But she still works there. The call number calls directly to his phone. So I feel we should call corporate instead of that number.

BLT has maybe 2 pieces of crumbled bacon and the union rings are are almost burnt
And last week I got 2 corn dogs and they were burnt
