I ordered a Jr Double Cheeseburger with mayo and Ketchup and I got a Jr burger. Then they remade it and I got a Double Cheeseburger with Mayo only and it was cold 🫤. Check y'all's order before you leave.
I just waited for over 30 minutes for a drink. No food, just a drink. Never got my drink. Asked for a refund and the manager was rude about it. This placed is managed poorly.

Placed order with a man for a 65 cent water. However, after a car arrived on our right, ordered and received their food, we left. I kept wondering why the car hop couldn't bring the water too. Need a bigger tray? Guess where I got FREE water? Whataburger down the street!!!

I went in to switch out thermostats , doing my JOB, out of the way of others and was told by the manager they were in a big rush and he wouldn’t deal with us at that moment. ( there was 3 people here ordering ) May not seem like a big deal but he was extremely rude and ordered us , pointing with his finger, to go outside like we were children. Very inappropriate and unprofessional. This manager should not have a job.

The people taking orders attitude sucks. If they get scared they just stop communicating with you. Had a few times where they switched out the people talking to me because someone was slow and couldn't keep up with the order. Replacing everyone with machines would improve this places quality.
