My sister and I were trying to order, and the “manager” gave us attitude. We were trying to see if our meal was just a singular item or the whole combo and she wasn’t cooperating with us, she would just not saying anything and we would have to ask multiple times to get her attention. We then asked for her name and for her manager but apparently she said she is the manager and her attitude was all of the sudden gone. My sister and I are not ones to complain but she was just giving us attitude when we were just asking something simple.

Every time I come here and order Mozzarella sticks, they never give any mariana sauce. I ordered 8 mozzarella sticks and 2 extra cups of marinara sauce. They gave me 1. I pressed the red button for more, they said they would be right out AND THEY NEVER SHOWED AND TURNED THE RED BUTTON OFF. I waited for over 20 minutes for marinara sauce. I had to press the red button again and wait 5 more minutes for them to finally bring out my marinara sauce. This location is an absolute hot mess and needs new management ASAP. I hate complaining because I understand fast food sucks, but this is absolutely ridiculous.

Used to be my favorite sonic, the carhops are always nice but today was the last straw. I ordered 2 orders of pickle fries and needed 1 ranch for each fry since it clearly says on the screen "served with ranch" when I checked my bag I had no ranch so I asked the carhop if I could get 2 ranch. So she brings back 1 ranch and I tell her "hey , I ordered two pickle fries , I need 1 ranch for each one" she then said "mmmm it's because my manager is getting on us every day about ranch I'll ask if I can get one" waited 4 minutes more just to get the ranch I paid for . At that point I basically had to beg to get something I paid for . So the manager or managers rather not give you the items you pay for and hope you don't notice just so they can make food costs and get a bonus. Garbage service from managers. Not from carhops they are great and I wish they wouldn't have to second guess giving out condiments to meet managers shady practices. My wife basically had to yell out of the car to get ONE ranch because the carhop basically ran away because she was ordered not to give ranch. Bad managers, good employees.

My husband went to pick up an Uber eats here and the manager all I know is that she’s a black lady I don’t know her name… the “manager” had employees scared of her… she simply would not let anyone send the order out to my husband… all because “she doesn’t like you”…my husband was told the manager didn’t like him…. She doesn’t even know him. He was there to do a job and she wouldn’t do hers. Stupid. She should be fired. Put your feelings aside and do a stupid minimum wage job you lazy pos. Thanks.

Worst service ever! Has to push the button three times and waited almost 30 minutes for someone to answer us only to have them stop taking our order somewhere in the middle and wait another 5 minutes. Then it came to our vehicle and it was all wrong and was all thrown together like trash. Horrible place. Then we were missing a burger and we're here waiting another 15 minutes and counting :/

Horrible service. They forced me to sit and wait for 30 minutes before telling me they never even had my delivery order. Absolutely trash people here just starred at me like I’m a moron or something. I watched people order and get their food while sitting here watching the stupid little diagram say “in the kitchen!” Totally lies. Scumbag people. No respect at all.The idiot who picked up the line the second time even told me the name of another order so I could have just stolen that one. I’m absolutely sure thats what happened initially so never order delivery from sonic around this area because you can’t control if it’s this horrible location or not.
