Giving one star only for the crispy chicken sandwich, it was gross, they didn’t add the toppings I wanted, the bun and chicken was burnt, so the chicken was a dried up piece of crap. How can they look at that and think it was okay to serve.

I only order drinks and sometimes they still mess it up. Water is not discounted during drink happy hour... But isn't water still a drink??? Either way I don't eat here but I will always get drinks here I just hope they wash the lemons before they put it in my drink.

I go through this sonic a lot. I know that Gary owns this one him and his lovely wife, but I can tell you every time I order anything from here like the cheese sticks or the onion rings and I asked for them fresh they never are damn sonic fix your stuff when people ask for fresh items do fresh have a great night!

Typically love a good sonic run and they have alot of great items! Their drinks, soft pretzels, cony's and breakfast items are some of my favorites. One thing I will say is they're lacking consistency. I'd usually say that's normal for a fast food place, but I have been to plenty of fast food restaurants in the area that I never have any issues with. There's been multiple occasions that a burger wasn't made the same as before, drinks were wrong, and the worst being when there was a large plastic wrapper in the bottom of my drink that super grossed me out. I was given a card for a free item from this incident, but was given a bit of a hard time before it was accepted to use the next time I came around. All and all, I love Sonic but it can be hit or miss at this location but I still order here often.

Sonic advertises a Hot Dog special. I pull in, gal on other end has ever heard of it. I call it up on my phone read word for word, finally she says app only. I try to download, app wouldnt open. Screw you Sonic. I should not have to spend 15 mins trying to get a ,99 hotdog
Shrinkflation hits Sonic! Ordered fries and a double smasher burger with extra mayo. The guy at the window even asked me if I wanted pickles onions and lettuce on it and I answered yes. Got it home and nothing but meat cheese mayo. Looked it up on line and they don't even give you lettuce anymore unless you ask for it. Two stars because the fries were excellent. As a follow up, what a crappy response. No action to improve given. Not even an offer of a contact to get it right. I guess they just don't even care.

Every time I order the oreo sonic blast I HAVE to order extra oreo or the cup will be vanilla icecream Topped with oreo with none mixed in. Tonight I ordered it with extra oreo and I had no oreo mixed in AGAIN. This is honestly just a rip off at this point. I paid for extra orea and still got crap.

They had me pull up and park aside at the drive thru, even though there was literally one! car behind me on a late night order. They said they would bring my order out in few minutes, but after waiting for around 10-15mins and no other cars in the drive thru, I pulled into a stall and the employee brought out my cold food that was most likely sitting in their kitchen area the whole time. Plus the drink had weird bubbles in the middle of the drink, for a non carbonated drink like iced tea. Looked like someone spit in it or something, Bad Service!!
