Ordered a cheesecake hand-mixed blast shake. It started off sweet but got very sour and spoiled tasting shortly after. Now I have had cheesecake many of times. Never had I had it so sour and bad tasting like this before. I came to tell about the order. Alfredo R. offered to make another shake or different flavor. For that alone, I thank him. But truth be told, I just wanted my money back. I threw the shake away in the front trash can as I drove off to let them know I was not scamming. It tasted HORRIBLE. So horrible, I didn’t want another shake or any more Sonic for that matter.

I went here today and when my food came out I didn't have room for all the drinks in my cars cup holder. When I asked the car hop if I could get a drink holder she said "Sorry, I don't have time" and walked away.

We had a bad experience trying to order from the parking lot. The person trying to take the order could not get it right. We gave up trying to get them to understand what we wanted, and we drove off without getting any food.
I ordered a number one sonic cheese burger, repeated my order three times no tomatoes, no pickles and easy lettuce, add mayo and mustard and got back to work the receipt and my order is the total opposite of what I stated and to add my bun was cold and meat was hard. Not a happy customer.

Ive come to this location a couples of times and ordered ahead on the app, according to the app the super sonic burrito and the double meat come with tater tots inside and everytime i order here they dont add them but the store in keller and north fort worth always have it. It always tastes good just disappointing cuz the burrito’s are expensive for fast food
