Order multiple drinks, but young lady only gives one straw. Go figure???? I don't understand

Grease needed to be changed I was completely disappointed with my smash burger with onion rings. Burger was okay but the onion rings tasted like they were re-fryed and re-fryed in black grease.

I think the server's name was Jasmine or Jessica. Something with a J. She was really nice and friendly. The food wasn't that good. It used to be so much better but over the years the products have become more expensive for less flavor and less quantity. Which is strange considering a meal is about 1500+ calories.

So I stopped in to order food and first thing was the "attendant" talked so quickly i couldn't order my food correctly wo stopping her, first strike and then she tells me that my burger i tried to order ONLY comes one way and that's the way it's presented on the menu. That was strikes two/three. Drove off and will NOT return to this crappy place

Not even a zero gets low enough for this place... employees can't take an order,cooks can't prepare order correct.this place is awfully..stay away..manager is worthless

This place is absolutely awful. The service was terrible, and the employee got into an argument with my friend who was just asking to get their order fixed. I hope they have a bad week.

I had a TERRIBLE experience here. I pressed the red button, and I had to wait awhile for someone to answer. When they did they took my order, but nothing popped up on the screen. I pressed the button again to tell them it wasn’t showing up to let me pay, and someone else answered to tell me they would take my card when they came outside. Then, presumably the first girl comes out with my food. She goes to the car next door first thinking it’s his. She brings it to me. When I saw my chicken strips and meal I confirmed it was mine, and she took my card. She came back and handed me the drink. I had ordered a diet limeade. The drink was red. I politely asked if it was cherry limeade, and she said no. I said I’m allergic to cherries (which is true and also most fruits- not lime) and the regular one isn’t red. She told me I was wrong it is red in an aggressive and confrontational way. I was shocked at her tone and aggression, so I said thank you and drove away very upset because regular limeades are not red, and there’s no need to be aggressive about such situations. Also, I did not drink it, because I am allergic and had no way of knowing what it was or if it was safe. Now maybe they changed the way they do it, and it’s red now, but the attitude and way it was handled made me not want to come back.

Late night worker was rude as hell. Don't really blame her but I wasn't trying to do anything shady and wasn't needing someone yelling at me. I am a convicted felon with a violent past but through much work and therapy I am a much better person. 8 years ago I would have come through the window. Workers should be cautious of being rude. They don't ever know who they're being rude to until it's too late.

I’ve been coming to this sonic since I was a kid. Maybe no more…
One other car in the stalls at 6pm on a Friday and no one answers after pushing the button 5 minutes before. So we go through the drive through instead. They forgot my drink and no one came back to the window. I tapped my horn just to let them know someone was still there (twice, minutes apart) and still, no one comes back to the window. Pulled into a stall AGAIN since I paid for a drink and didn’t receive it, and someone eventually wordlessly brought me my drink. It should not be this complicated when I had three items in my order…

A bunch of young people who, pick up the phone and lay it down while laughing. Service sucks in peraon as well. Like who does that. BTW, this just happened at 9:30 Oct 2. 2024. And the phone has been busy since I hung up. Bad business. I see why folks say don't go to that one.
