I went this morning to pick up breakfast on my way to class. I ordered a breakfast burrito, a breakfast sandwich and two coffees. The carhop, Ceraya I believe was her name dropped our food off at the wrong car, went to retrieve it and proceeded to give it to us after it had been dug through by the first customer that she gave it to. When I explained that I didn’t have time for them to remake it and that I would just take the coffee, she seemed put out and a bit argumentative. I asked to speak with a manager and she told me that the manager, but the manager never came. I’ve worked in restaurants for years, so I can be very understanding, but this was just unacceptable.

I went back tonight and had yet another terrible experience with the SAME employee, Ceraya. We were ordering and she was blatantly rude to my husband while she was taking his order. When the drinks came out, they were wrong, which honestly isn’t a big deal, typically an easy fix, but because of Ceraya’s terrible attitude, I asked to talk to a manager. A few minutes later, Ceraya comes out and tells me that the manager will be at least 15 minutes because she’s just too busy. When I tell her that’s okay, I’ll wait, she proceeds to get confrontational with us regarding why we wanted to speak to the manager. A few minutes later, a young girl comes out claiming to be a manager (seems doubtful). I asked her when the GM would be available but she didn’t know when the GM would be around…. I notice your response from my last review and you ask that I talk with management… your employees are not really making that possible, so what is the best recourse?

Honestly, the fact that there was not a single adult to be found is the issue… if you want it to be run like a business, you need someone leading. This would be why your Google rating is so low.

Music playing near stall #4 was so loud I had to repeat my order 3 times before it was heard. I mentioned it being too loud after the first request to repeat myself and it was not lowered. Felt like a concert atmosphere and won't be back.

The manager Jessica was so rude to the customers and employees which she was yelling at everyone for no reason and she even got our order wrong,the employees were all nice and were apologizing for the managers bad attitude even though she had just yelled at them too

they’re always turning off their online orders. i would understand if it’s like 30 minutes before they close, but they’ll turn it off in the evening.

Grease needed to be changed I was completely disappointed with my smash burger with onion rings. Burger was okay but the onion rings tasted like they were re-fryed and re-fryed in black grease.

I think the server's name was Jasmine or Jessica. Something with a J. She was really nice and friendly. The food wasn't that good. It used to be so much better but over the years the products have become more expensive for less flavor and less quantity. Which is strange considering a meal is about 1500+ calories.

So I stopped in to order food and first thing was the "attendant" talked so quickly i couldn't order my food correctly wo stopping her, first strike and then she tells me that my burger i tried to order ONLY comes one way and that's the way it's presented on the menu. That was strikes two/three. Drove off and will NOT return to this crappy place

Not even a zero gets low enough for this place... employees can't take an order,cooks can't prepare order correct.this place is awfully..stay away..manager is worthless
