poor customer service. if you are out of items then take it off the online menu. don't rely on the delivery drivers to call YOUR customers for YOUR mistake.

Covid killed Spring Creek bbq. Not to mention the now outrageous prices.

We usually love coming here, but today we placed a to go order and the wait staff totally ignored us twice. We were waiting to place an order at the to go counter and they didn’t ask us what we wanted. They ask a white man who just walked behind us if he had a pick up order. After we placed our order, we added two scoops of ice cream onto the order. It looked like they went to get it right away. They got other people’s dessert order ready quickly or told them where to go to pick it up. They didn’t tell me it was coming and I had to ask twice about. No one went to get it. We had to figure out where the dessert counter was and stand over there and retell our order because they didn’t give to them. This was extremely poor service from what I have experienced there.

I was skeptical because I've had a different Spring Creek and.... let's just say it wasn't the best. I got a coupon in the mail when we moved up here and decided to give it another shot after seeing a full parking lot a few times. Pulled in and I could smell the pit. I got excited. It looked good and tasted even better!!!!!! Surprise Me!!!!
My go to now! Service is Great too!
