Many items “sold out”. Some few seats inside that was not able to stay. Service was quick but very automated. Coffee taste was watery, but might be usa thing. Visited as there were not other options open.

Overall I enjoy this Starbucks, but paying $4.28 for a small cup of steamed milk is crazy. That’s more than a gallon of milk at the store. We got it so our kiddo could have milk for dinner, but I think we will pass from now on. These prices are getting out of hand.
Along with that, we had lots of people get there orders before us.
Not worth the wait and cost in my opinion.

Stood at the register at 2pm for five minutes while the workers and “shift leader” were too preoccupied on their cell phones to wait on the line of customers. Walked out annoyed that no one would acknowledge us or the customers behind us in line.

I went to this location yesterday during my lunch break and ordered a Venti Caramel Macchiato. I grabbed my drink when it was ready and rushed back to work. Unfortunately, it tasted bitter/burnt which made it completely awful. I get the same drink at another location and it has never tasted like this. Needless to say, I took two sips and threw it away. Disappointing when you pay $7 for a drink.

“Nella” the sweet person that you are, maybe you should find a job you actually enjoy doing? “Nella” made my drinks and had the worst attitude towards me for no reason. She did not offer me a drink carrier or a bag for my 6 drinks when I so obviously only have 2 hands to carry them. When I asked for a drink carrier and a bag she didn’t say anything but nodded towards the back of the counter to the drink carriers and bags. I said “am I just supposed to grab these myself?” She was like “ya” so I was like okay well can I get a bigger bag? She ignored me. So I asked again and while she was giving other people attitude and she was like if you want a bigger bag you’ll have to go to the front. I’m on drinks. That’s your job baby girl, bag my drinks. Anyways she was like “do you want me to get you a big bag” in a condescending Voice. I said please. She gave me the bag and continued to give me attitude. I told her I am so glad that she loves her job! Nella, next time you’re working and I’m there please bag my drinks:) thanks. Love ya.

Manager Karen was extremely impolite and gave me some disgusting stares when I walked in. When I went up to the register, she stood by the barista and took over unnecessarily as if the barista didn’t know what she was doing, but she did. When I got my drink she told me I couldn’t stay in the lobby and didn’t mention why. By far the worst customer service ever.

Go here a lot due to working downtown. Today I had to encounter and extremely rude cashier. Dark hair with bangs. She must have been mad I paid with cash and not the swipe of a card because I was counting the change part and she had her hand out impatiently for me to give it to her. As I was counting it I had 2 quarters, a nickel & 6 Pennies. I was reaching for a dime instead since my total was 8.66. To which she was impatient she decided to say “I meeeean, you have it.” When I in fact did not have the correct amount. If you’re gonna be out of your way to be rude as hell then at least be correct about it. I’ll stick with QT coffee from now on without the entitlement.

This Starbucks is tucked away in the town square. The staff and atmosphere were good. The service was friendly and quick. There is also a shady area with tables and a fountain a little bit outside of the location, which is nice, weather permitting.

Can I just say the morning staff this morning was really friendly amongst them having complications with their pos system and it makes a difference when you have a great team and makes the atmosphere that much more great when coming to get a cup of coffee
