Rude lady at the counter
No name rage coffee was good The lady got mad I added a pastry last min and when I asked to warm it up She only warmed up for 5 sec and gave it to me cold still I’m a teacher idk what I did to be rude I’m not a Karen I made a simple mobile order and wanted to add a pastry when I got there

I don’t leave reviews even when I had a rude server but man this lady was just rude for no reason Two lady Connie and another Latina maybe with no name bagde was just rude on her PINK PHONE I go to pick up a Mobile order never have at this location and she like Her: What can I get u Me: I ’m here for a mobile order Her: Ugh that not here go over there for a mobile order Me: Well I also wanted to order a banana nut bread Her: So that why I said how can I help u ugh Then was rude about asking if they sell brownie saying u order what I see only do u see brownie ??? Then after heating up my bread left the on the counter took her 3 min to give it to me I held my tongue and left I don’t need to lower my self to her standards

I got a dirty chai, and instead of it tasting like it should, it instead tasted like dirty dishwater. Unfortunately, I was in a rush so I couldn’t ask them to remake it, and ended up just tossing it in the trash. Employees were also rude and inattentive, I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this is an exception
