Grubhub delivered from this location and would not correct the mistake today Sunday Nov 9th.
Later after work about 4:15,
I drove to the Starbucks and the manager listened intently,
and gave me the correct order.
This Starbucks manager is extremely professional. Handled my Concerns with the BEST customer service
I have ever experienced anywhere!
Grubhub was horrible.

Lesson learned can't order a caramel macchiato on Uber eats. The coffee was made as soon as the order came in, according to the supervisor on duty. All I, received was a cup of coffee. there was no caramel no Cool whip no fluff no foam the coffee was Cold I had to reheat the coffee. Tasted like a cup of coffee with cream. It didn't come with the descriptions that I set up I asked for caramel I asked for a drizzle or caramel on top of the Cool whip I asked for phone that's the whole point of a caramel macchiato. It wasn't a visit it was a Uber eats order and the Starbucks was only 11 minutes away. My overall impression was not mad because I didn't get what I ordered. Disappointing because it's a coffee why couldn't it be made when it was ready to be picked up disappointing disappointing the supervisor said there was nothing she could do because they make the orders as soon as they come in

Disappointed, had to get drink replaced, didnt match what i ordered. They replaced it with the correct order, but it taste poorly put tegether, diluted and over use of sweetner. Walked out unhappy with my purchase.

I recently visited this location, and I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness. The floors were filthy, and the tables were noticeably dirty. To make matters worse, the station where the napkins were kept was covered in dust. It made for an uncomfortable dining experience. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve the hygiene standards.

First time my coffee was wrong. I've never ordered it from here before. ? was bummed when I'm driving down the road and took my first sip. I love my coffee in the AM. But this AM $6.12 was wasted on plain black coffee which I don't drink. Label was correct. Coffee was wrong? ?
