So tired of never getting what I ordered
I stopped by to get 3 drinks and 2 of them were iced coffees! I added oatmilk and sweet cold foam and usually my drink looks the same way! It literally looked like a shaken espresso and I told Audrey and she was so rude about it and she acted like the drinks were remade but they really weren’t so I went inside to turn the drinks and just get a refund. She refunded it to a Starbucks card instead of my bank card I guess it could have being the app scanner thing or whatever but either way she should work on her customer service skills! We all have bad days but is no one else’s fault girl! Be nice be kind!

The drink was delicious, and this little kitty made my day 😭
I've been to this location a few times now. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Today, we got the Cortado and the White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino with 2 shots of espresso. I ended up drinking most of both of them. My hair is still standing up!! Loved it! We will be back soon.

Please figure out a way to tell customer history before you tell them they can only use your restroom if they're a paying customer. There are never good times to alienate customers.

This is a great location. They have strong ethic in the way they make their coffee—they’re consistent, cups are always filled up to the top, and it’s flavorful without a burnt taste like some other locations. This should be anyone’s local, go-to Starbucks!

This location is very inconsistent. Drinks often made wrong, sometimes they are totally undrinkable. Service used to be good, until a few months ago. I would recommend just going to one of the nearby locations instead.

I stopped by excited to try the seasonal chocolate covered strawberrys frappé. I noticed it had that extra mocha topping i was perfect without, so i substituted it for cinnamon powder. The drink was handed to me without the substitution, i didn't want it remade (the store appeared short-handed and a few orders after me), so i just requested for cinnamon to be added. I go to enjoy my drink after leaving the store i realized my grande had been served in a venti. I felt this was acceptable having added the extra unwanted mocha until i added the straw provided. Clearly became obvious i was going to have to continue to stick my fingers in my drink to retrieve my straw, EVERY SIP. I would definitely recommend the frappé however perhaps another location just because i really dislike correcting any barista, especially with the order details attached and in their hand. I ended up removing my lid for easier retrieval, which i dont like having my beverage without a lid at my place of work
