I've been to this location a few times now. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Today, we got the Cortado and the White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino with 2 shots of espresso. I ended up drinking most of both of them. My hair is still standing up!! Loved it! We will be back soon.

This is a great location. They have strong ethic in the way they make their coffee—they’re consistent, cups are always filled up to the top, and it’s flavorful without a burnt taste like some other locations. This should be anyone’s local, go-to Starbucks!

This has always been a good store, but today, when I ordered a drip coffee, she didn't bother to tell me she was out, and gave me a weak Americano instead. I guess she thought I wouldn't know the difference, or that they're the same. I could tell, because Americanos are watered down.

At least ask if it's OK to substitute, or if I mind waiting for fresh coffee. I never mind waiting for good coffee. Hopefully the seasoned staff will train the...
