I really like this location. The baristas are always kind, quick with their coffee making skills, and my order comes out just right. This is a consistently on-the-mark Starbucks.

This is the best starbucks coffee I've ever had. The man who made our drink on March 14th at 6:20pm makes amazing coffee and has great customer service. Highly recommend!!!

Michelle is the absolute worst customer service person ever. She gives me dirty looks everytime I’m there . I do not like her attitude. Me and my husband come here every week and everyone is wonderful besides her. She needs to fix her attitude .

This Starbucks in particular doesn’t have the best customer service. I believe they need a cup of coffee themselves because the service was very much lacking energy and politeness. Specifically the lady with the glasses that worked 2/6/25 @10am (added time stamp for management purposes)

Way to go Katrina and Riley! You went the extra mile yesterday to make me a decaf coffee, even when I was going to leave. I wasn't upset because I know Starbucks doesn't routinely carry decaf. But you girls went out of your way to take care of a customer. Who knew?

Great location to enjoy a beverage. Our drinks were great and it was nice and quiet for relaxing.

Walked in to pick up my mobile order around noon, not greeted or acknowledged by a single barista. There were four total. Two were just chatting away and the other two were making drinks. What happened to friendly and welcoming customer service?

Kristina is probably the rudest customer service person I’ve ever dealt with. Everyone else at this location has always been so nice and friendly. She couldn’t say “hello” or “how can I help you?” as I walked to the counter I asked how she was
no reply. She just stared at me. So I decided to order. She had to exert energy by saying “name?” for my order. First thing out of her mouth. She didn’t say “thank you” or anything when I ordered. Just a straight face stare.

When I went to the pickup counter to get what I thought was maybe my drink, I asked her if it was. Her reply
“did I call your name?” So freaking rude. I’ve had bad days before but I can put a smile on my face at work. It doesn’t take much to say hello and be pleasant. Give the job to someone who will be more enthusiastic and kind.

EDIT: Let's make sure the attitude is known.

They made my drink wrong TWICE, even though the label was correct, which I always check before I drink. I let them know, and they promptly remade them. However, when the drink was remade the first time, the barista didn't understand that the drink had the wrong syrup. I said the correct one a few times. Still the wrong drink. When I went back to the bar to get the drink remade AGAIN, someone else stepped in named Tamara. I was made to feel stupid. I was beyond embarrassed, but the drinks given to me the first two times weren't my taste. Tamara poured the milk and pumped the syrups in front of me, again, making me feel like I was stupid. As I watched her grab the syrup bottle, it was different than the one the original barista (short girl with red curly hair) used the first two times. I didn't get a decent apology and was talked down to. Before all of this, I was barely smiled at and had attitude given to me, however the regulars each received a chatty and cheerful conversation.

TLDR: I'm a cashier myself, so on many levels this FIRST VISIT to this location has been horrible. I won't be coming back. I should've asked for a refund, but I felt intimidated by Tamara.

Nice customer services. Walk-in and drive-thru, both available in this location.
