This Starbucks is full of kind, helpful employees like Stratton and Mocha. Mocha made my iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and lined the cup with caramel just like I asked. The drink came out perfect. Stratton was able to help me pick an item for a promotion on the app to earn stars. I have always received excellent service here, even when I've come in for just one item. Highly recommend this location, 10/10!!

Terrible ordered there and finished coffee didn’t let me go to the restroom being a customer never coming back again
I got the wrong coffee and got home. I went called the place to ask them if there was even coffee in it and the woman that helped me was waiting on customers not listening to me at all and I asked her are you listening and she said no, she was busy with customers and I said I’m a customer And she said she couldn’t tell me if the coffee Hat the Frappuccino had coffee in it because she did so many but I was just there like four minutes ago anyways she was very rude and then she said to me, are you listening and mocking me? I’ll never go to your store. I will call to get the managers phone number

Matcha, tea, oat milk, and three pumps of vanilla Simple drink but twice messed up. I think they have special equipment to make good drink but guess they didn’t use them cause this drink sucks
