The drinks are consistently inconsistent and for an extremely universal and standardized chain/menu, there isn’t an excuse. Also, be prepared for at least 1.5 inches of free space in your iced coffee cup. They do NOT fill it appropriately as other Starbucks places do. I’m paying at least $8 for a coffee, so I expect my cup filled.

Glitch

Apparently everyone they hire doesn’t know how read a simple order, because I placed an order online for something I get often. I’m not sure what went wrong with this drink but it taste horrible and looks bad, I ordered online an iced matcha latte so they are easily reading my order and my add ons, I’ve gotten this drink several times and it’s never tasted like this. On top of that I ordered their new cake pop and instead of telling me they were out they just gave me any random one which happen to be the birthday cake one and I don’t like that one so they didn’t even have the decency to ask me which one I would want instead.

This place does not know how to make a latte. They're not my usual Starbucks, as the one in Hurst is phenomenal. I even had the same drink from them yesterday, and it was so flavorful. Got one today from this Starbucks today and it's just pure milk. I taste no espresso or flavoring. Look at how light it is!! Absolutely embarrassing. I will not be coming back.

The workers are so sweet and they make the atmosphere of this place golden :). Came here to get some schoolwork done before heading to work. They played awesome music and chatted with me every once in a while :)). Service was quick and high quality. Zero complaints.
