Waited an hour outside to purchase 1 bear cup and was told they only had 2… there were 2 customers ahead of me. Why are they only receiving two bears per store, but the hello kitty merch had multiples. I asked as the employees as came in to work if they had more and I was ignored. Very disappointing on the amount of merchandise.

Gave me an empty bag without my food in it and then gave me the wrong food.. sandwich was soggy and then they forgot to make my drink, which also they made wrong

I'm not trying to be rude I come to this Starbucks often because I work in the shopping center but the young lady who works morning shift around this time which is 7:00 a.m. that wears glasses and a little bit thick has made my drink wrong twice now the first time I got it remade and she had an attitude but made it right this time I decided to just do a review cuz I shouldn't have to ask for my drink to be made over and I just spent $8 on it the picture below shows the larger drinks she made and the smaller drink another person made but they're the same drink so you can see the difference

Daniel was a ray of sunshine this morning! I love an energetic barista. So many times they’re the first person you talk to in the morning and I’m so glad he started my day off right!!

Visited during a slow shift today & placed my order with the manager on duty. I clearly ordered a venti strawberry/cream frappe & a venti iced caramel macchiato upside down. When I was given a grande frappe, I informed them that I had ordered a venti. Instead of apologizing for the mistake & simply correcting the order, the manager had me refund the purchase & reorder it. When I asked him why he was putting me through the hassle for his mistake, he told me that it was store policy. After the return, they then made my macchiato wrong. When I placed the drink on the counter, I was upset. Not only did the manager not take my order correctly, now the barista wasn’t reading my order correctly. What’s going on? The barista asked, what was wrong with my drink. I replied with, “it’s not upside down as I had ordered”. She looked at it & asked me again what was wrong with it. I was confused. Was I being punked? The manager can’t hear, the barista can’t read & now she can’t see or comprehend the mistake? When I asked her to remake my drink, she told me no. The manager walked away & said nothing. The situation then escalated & I asked her to please remake my drink so that I could leave. She continued to be rude & refused. I then removed the lid & poured it onto the counter. I’m not paying any establishment for poor service &/or rude behavior. Nor will I be forced to pay for a drink I did not order due to an employees laziness. Do better Starbucks! Btw, you owe me money!!!!!!!

Came to pickup a mobile order. I was the only car in the drive thru. Heavy set girl with glasses tells me they have several orders ahead of me and to loop back around the store. I explained there was no one else in the drive thru and that I could just wait there while they worked through the orders. She then gets an attitude and tells me to move my truck out of the drive thru a second time. I look behind me expecting a couple of cars pulling in. Nope. There is still no one else in the drive thru. Lol what? So I parked, walked inside, and within 30 seconds of walking in, another employee handed me my drink. I guess there weren’t several orders ahead of me after all. I left feeling angry and confused. Playing games with customers like that should warrant immediate termination…
This is part of a larger problem at this store where I have been told by employees to wait up to 10-20 minutes to pickup a mobile order when they are usually ready within a few minutes. It’s nonsense. I’ve made hundreds of mobile orders and this is the only store I’ve experienced issues with.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks because the employees are so nice but today I was really disappointed with the croissant they gave me! How do you look at this and still bag it up for the customer? It really ruined my morning

HORRIBLE customer service, It’s sad that guy that works the drive thru has cruddy customer service with people he will ruin a moms day and move on to the next one good luck will not be using that AGAIN … You know it struck a nerve if I’m coming to say this here …
Received a cup with what seems to be blood on it. They tried to play it down that it might be a marker or fruit.. should I really take that risk?

I’ve been coming here, off on in the past four years, and I hate to say it, but whether it’s in the drive-through or walking in, my order is always wrong. It’s not that complicated to make a coffee. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but not anymore.
