When verifying my mobile order a female employee made the stupid comment "great she only placed this order 3 minutes ago" and didn't think I heard it. Because of that I no longer feel comfortable going to this location ever again. What happened to good customer service????

My fiancé was picking up my mobile order today 1/22 at 7:45 am and heard the baristas clearly make fun of my order to other coworkers as they sat it down. (I get an iced espresso in a venti so I can add my own protein shake to it). It is 2024 and we’re still being nasty and judging others? Will never patronize this location again. Do better.

Ive never had any issues with my order at this location. They've always gotten it correct whether I walk in or order ahead through the app. The store is always clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. Their drive thru lane is always relatively quik which is great for me bc im always late to get somewhere but can't go anywhere without my latte first! Employees have always been friendly and upbeat. Not sure why there's bad reviews, maybe those people have complicated orders or something. 10/10 recommend

Girl at counter was snippy and not very accommodating to somebody who hasn't used the app. Wasn't a fun experience. Didn't need the sharp treatment. Won't come here again. Unpleasant.

Went through the drive-thru. This was on a weekday around 9:00 a.m. Pretty fast service, but then again it really was after the huge morning rush hour so I really didn't expect to wait the 15 to 20 minutes as per usual. Or maybe this location just has it together more than most? Coffee was up to standard. Would definitely visit again.

I ordered a drink and 90% of the glass was full of ice, I drank about 5cc of juice, very bad, what they did was sell me ice in winter :)
I’m not a true Starbucks fan however, I do like one beverage in particular. And for this I go to any one of the many locations and it’s always the same and always good. Never disappoints.

this kinda just ruined my entire day and like for starbucks in general, the last time i came to this location the guy in the window gave me attitude about placing my order on the app so i’ve been avoiding getting starbucks at all and more so this location but my sister went today and i placed an order for her to pick up, i always get the iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and when i get it at the camp bowie location it’s always so good but this location has let me down 3 times with the same drink, as soon as i saw it i was disappointed, i payed extra for sc cold foam and they didn’t put it on there ? same as last time, i payed 8$ for watered down almond milk…i could make a better one put me behind the counter, this is why i tell my sister to go to the camp bowie one
