This morning my wife and I placed our orders through the drive thru, when we get to the window the lady told us that they were “multitasking” and wanted us to let her know our order again. We tell her the order yet again. However, when she gave us our orders she still had them wrong, I ordered a caramel frappe but she put the caramel on my wife’s order instead of mine and gave me the tall instead of the grande that I ordered ?All of the confusion to still not give us what we ordered. The order was correct on the receipt but in our cups lol.

Very friendly and nice! I went to get a medicine ball but they were out of the Jade Citrus Tea and used Mint Majesty instead and it was a different twist that I enjoyed and normally I’ll get thrown off by the employee and they’ll just suggest another option or just to come back when they have what I want but instead here, they gave me another option and I really appreciated that. I also got peach juice instead of peach tea and I am in love with my new drink! Thank you Rebecca and Morgan!

This was the friendliest Starbucks i’ve been to in a while. Chloe and Morgan were so helpful and chatty. They were very welcoming and treated me like family. They suggested a modification to the chai oatmilk drink on the menu that I loved. 10/10, I will be coming here more often!!!!

Honestly I’ve never had a great experience at this location. Are they overwhelmed?? The americano I order is ALWAYS WATERED DOWN. Today I tried to ask for improvement, I even recommended they just add a decaf espresso shot to it. A second person came to the window and asked again what exactly was wrong w my drink… so I repeated myself. He returned it to me after “fixing” it and honestly it wasn’t any better ? I think he just added milk or something but I had already waited so long for my easy-to-assemble americano ?I’ll specify that the times I’ve been here are on the weekend. Drive thru takes forever and drinks watered down.

I went to get a drink and it was a great experience. After I left I saw this sticker in my cup that says “you got this.” I was instantly so happy and thankful. I am going through a lot right now and a sticker may not mean much to a lot of people, but it means everything to me right now. You never know what others are going through and being able to smile like that made my day.
