Main Barista today answered the phone then put it right on hold. When I went in to the store I was still on hold. Then I placed my order no complaints, but my 2 sandwiches they didnt cook them after I ordered so I waited excessively long then was asked if I was waiting on something.. i mentioned the sandwiches and the phone and the barista chose to argue with me instead. Im upset.

I don’t know what has changed in the past few months, but this is now the slowest, most disorganized Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. I can’t come here anymore if I’m on any sort of a timeframe because drive-through times routinely take at least 15 minutes. It’s as if it doesn’t occur to them to make the drinks when people order them.

Unacceptable Wait Time and Poor Management at

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your Starbucks at approximately 12:29pm on 12/7/24, I visited this location and encountered an unreasonably long wait time of over 20 minutes in drive through line. There was zero evidence of urgency from the employees. As a matter of fact, while I was waiting in the drive through line. I saw one employee going in and out of the store taking garbage out to the dumpster. Couldn't she helped with the drive thru line?? Why would garbage disposal take priority over long drive through line??? The line was so backed up alomost outside of the parking lot.
While I understand that peak times can be busy, this wait time was excessive. To make matters worse, the line was not moving efficiently, and there seemed to be a general lack of urgency from the staff.
What disappointed me most was the lack of acknowledgment or apology from the manager on duty. A simple "sorry for the wait" or an explanation for the delay would have gone a long way in mitigating my frustration. Instead, I was met with indifference, which left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I asked the employee at the window to speak with the manager. And manager Bernice came up to the window with zero acknowledgement of this situation. I told her "you guys should try to rotate quicker to move the drive through traffice. Her response was with utter disgusted look on her face "YEA, WE ADDED MORE ITEMS ON THE MENU!!" Huh? 🤔
I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for many years and have always appreciated the generally efficient service and friendly atmosphere. However, this recent experience has left me questioning whether I will continue to patronize this particular location.
I urge you to address the issues of understaffing or inefficient processes that may be contributing to these long wait times. Additionally, I strongly recommend training your managers on proper customer service etiquette, particularly during periods of disruption.
