I’m not one to write bad reviews, but this Starbucks location was very disappointing in quality and service. First of all, I understand my drink order is a bit complicated, so I’m typically very lenient if it’s not made perfect. Both of my drinks were made with light ice, but one was full to the top while the other was only half way full, so right there it wasn’t adding up. When I asked Mariah , the lady who made the drink (I apologize if I misspelled), why it wasn’t full, she cut me off before I could finish and said “we don’t do that here, bye,” and she walked away before I could finish. I mentioned that the other location that we had been to, they made both drinks correctly and filled to the top. However, she was very rude and did not uphold the quality of service that I and others have received at other locations. Like I said previously, I am not one to write bad reviews, but the service and quality of our drinks was extremely disappointing for the money that we paid for them.

I’ve been ordered pink drink so many time and never have issue, but today they made the pink drink so bad, I can’t taste any strawberry but just milk :( very disappointed. Service is good tho.

My daughter was very disappointed this was our second attempt of the grande iced matcha latte and she asked me to taste and it was so bitter and was overpowering, she orders this drink at other starbucks and its been good. I should have taken a picture so u could see how dark green it was. Anyway i took it back and just asked for my money back which is fine but i noticed on the receipt she put reason for return was that i didnt want it. In my opinion it should have said it wasnt made right, but anyway i hooe they get better ,I would like to support my neighborhood Starbucks.

Myra and Jessica are fantastic! The entire staff is kind and welcoming to everyone. Even with a busy drive-thru and a full lobby, they work incredibly fast and keep things moving. The place is always clean, and my experience here is consistently great every time I visit.

It was my first time ordering at a Starbucks so I didn't know what to order. And when I told the lady at the front hey I've never been to a Starbucks. I don't know what to order. Do you have something sweet and strong? She rolled her eyes. Looked to another employee and said she doesn't know what she wants with a really snarky attitude. Coffee is one of the only things that starts my day off right and having some of these bad energy attached to the coffee that I'm ordering. Made my day start off really bad. Don't get your coffee from the Starbucks. Go to the one in the Target. At least the one at Target. They're happy to help you if you don't know what to order

Ordered two iced oatmilk matchas with strawberry cold foam via mobile order, and they were perfect. The matcha was blended so well, and the strawberry foam had just the right flavor. Seriously made my day—had to call the store to thank them! Even our dog loved the leftovers!
