Myra and Jessica are fantastic! The entire staff is kind and welcoming to everyone. Even with a busy drive-thru and a full lobby, they work incredibly fast and keep things moving. The place is always clean, and my experience here is consistently great every time I visit.

I absolutely love this location. This one is close by my salon and I always make sure to stop in and get the best made Espresso before work. They are super friendly and drinking made to perfection every time

It was my first time ordering at a Starbucks so I didn't know what to order. And when I told the lady at the front hey I've never been to a Starbucks. I don't know what to order. Do you have something sweet and strong? She rolled her eyes. Looked to another employee and said she doesn't know what she wants with a really snarky attitude. Coffee is one of the only things that starts my day off right and having some of these bad energy attached to the coffee that I'm ordering. Made my day start off really bad. Don't get your coffee from the Starbucks. Go to the one in the Target. At least the one at Target. They're happy to help you if you don't know what to order

Ordered two iced oatmilk matchas with strawberry cold foam via mobile order, and they were perfect. The matcha was blended so well, and the strawberry foam had just the right flavor. Seriously made my day—had to call the store to thank them! Even our dog loved the leftovers!

I had a very frustrating experience at this Starbucks drive-thru. I ordered two Venti drinks, but when I received my order, one was mistakenly made as a Grande. I pointed this out to the staff, and the barista took the Grande back to remake it as a Venti. No problem there.

However, after about 5 minutes, the barista returned and asked me to pay 56 cents for the difference. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake—just a request for extra money. I explained that the error was on their end, and I had already paid for what I thought I ordered. After another few minutes of waiting, the manager, Moriah, came to the window and repeated the same demand for 56 cents. Again, no apology, no explanation, just a straightforward request for money.

When I told Moriah that I didn’t think I should have to pay for their mistake, she insisted that I would not get the drink unless I gave the 56 cents. After more than 10 minutes of waiting, I decided to ask for a refund instead of continuing the back-and-forth.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and the lack of customer service from both the manager and the staff was frustrating. I’ve never encountered such a dismissive attitude at a Starbucks before. I hope this location improves in the future, but I will think twice before returning.

i placed a mobile order for my family and I, and we went in to pick it up and many things were wrong. My drink comes with sprinkles and when i politely asked for them the barista rolled her eyes and acted like it was an inconvenience when the drink is supposed to come with them anyway. My sister’s chai tea latte came basically entirely milk and water and had to be remade. Overall any interaction had with the baristas was made uncomfortable. I get being stressed as i am a barista myself, but making people uncomfortable and having an attitude over a mistake you made is just rude. Don’t really recommend coming here because these baristas clearly hate their job.
