Ordered a $6.75 oatmik shaken espresso and had it customized. The total came out to $9.12. K didn’t get non of the extra toppings or flavors I paid for. This is the second time this has happened. I should get what I paid for or simply refund my money. If I wanted a regular ice coffee I would have made it at home. That app says none of the ingredients were sold out so I don’t know why I didn’t get what I paid for but this location isn’t the best at all. I’m always disappointed. I just wanted my morning coffee

Almond croissant is very delicious, Matcha lattle is not very strong in matcha, a bit bland. But the coffee is very fragrant, beautiful space. Worth going. Go at afternoon on a weekday to avoid queuing but it was still crowded, there are tables to sit at.

Was at intercom for more than 5 minutes for someone to take my order. The manager and workers were very rude. Once my order was placed it was completely wrong and Manager Daniella refused to make my order and shut drive thru window. My drink were clumped with Matcha powder, full of Ice and made with whole milk.

It tastes like your Brown Sugar Oat Shaken espresso isn't made with love..🫠 every time it's bitter and doesn't look like how the other Starbucks make them. I told the guy at the window,he asked me what it was missing 🤣 I couldn't say because I dont know what goes in them.. but this one I just bought was very bitter. He did offer to remake, but I felt like I was doing too much, letting him know😆. Please, I spend so much money getting these drinks, and I hate going out of my way to another location

I order through drive through and gave me part of my order wrong so since I realized it after I moved from the window I decided to park and go inside to ask them if they could fix my order, once I went inside there was this lady asking for something they took care of it right away on the other hand I the guy who was attending her just looked at me and walked away I thought maybe he is busy but not really, someone else walked in and he ask them how can I help you right away, while I was still there waiting for someone to ask me how can I help you. I felt some sort of discrimination for not being his own race. Instead of someone asking me how can I help you I had to call the lady at the window and explain to her that she messed up my order. They took care of it but why treat people that way. When are they going to understand that God doesn’t see a color on us we are all the same just human beings in this planet.

All the drinks are delicious, but I had a bad experience... yesterday I placed an order online, I asked for 2 Summer Berry Refreshers (1 Venti and 1 Grande) they didn't have the pearls 🙄 they were for my kids, they were excited to try them... that's why we ordered them, for the pearls... if they didn't have them at least they would have told us or removed them from the online store.

Waiting in line forever is not what anyone wants to do on a Sunday morning. This used to be my fav Starbucks - but after waiting so long in drive thru the last couple times - not so much.
