I came in on 10/25/24 around 8:10am, I ordered my moms favorite for her birthday and was over the moon to see the staff had put Happy Birthday on the receipt attached to the cup, I thought it was so sweet! I hope the staff gets recognition for such and awesome gesture!

This particular Starbucks was not a great experience. First of all, the barista gave my drink to the car in front of me, and he was about to give me his until he noticed. I had to wait for them to remake mine. I'm glad he caught before, but terrible for the person that left with the wrong drink. Second, I asked for my banana loaf warmed, maybe it was before the mistake. So this CEO wants to take away rewards, etc. To make it premium coffee, but we pay too much as it is for bad service. Ha, I'll stay away.

Ordering Americanos for years. Probably the easiest drink to make. Lately I have to correct them on the price and get the same “when we get a new roll out the prices change”. Always ends up in an argument. Today I order an Americano and guess what. Comes out cold. Just walked back in and got a refund.

This location is by far one of the best in Fort worth! I'm known by name and order and always met with a smile and have a great day! as if the coffee wasn't enough to keep me going, starting the day off because of friendly people and messages is the cherry on top
Fast service and good customer service. Also they will not pull the pad out in the drive through and ask for tip.
