First of all, everyone is great there! Today Rita made a small gesture that means more in the customer service world than she might think. I sometimes order a venti ice water when I am in the lobby. This is not an option to order on the app. Today Rita, had a venti iced water waiting by my order without question. It shows that they pay attention to their customers and that is the most amazing thing especially when some people come here to start there day. Rita made my day today. Thank you for your amazing service. To all the AM staff, you guys are all amazing!

I just got a coffee here, actually couples times, but never satisfy with their drink. We asked to add more espresso, but add more ice instead. ?

I haven’t ordered my coffee at this location for a while. I went there 9-ish this morning.The kid is really polite. You can tell he’s really for his job today. I order my go to drink iced brown sugar oatmeal shaken espresso. He made the drink really well. I wish all the baristas can make this drink correctly like him.

The ham and cheese croissant was horrible. Tasted old, the ham was nasty and they warmed it but is was still hard and the ham smelled weird. I only took one bite. This was at the Starbucks inside Kroger on Blue Mound and Basswood in Saginaw Tx.

6 pm on a Friday, there isn't anyone there. I'm literally the only customer. I asked for a coffee of the day with half and half- not something that should put this kid out too much. They served me 50 percent coffee, 10 percent half and half and the rest foam and air.... The picture below is exactly what I got. If you don't like your job, get another.

I whish there was a option for -⭐️because thats what they would get. Never get the right coffee and it's so hard to ask for a simple regular coffee. ? coffee are more water than coffee.Looks like this is more like the store manager problem .

Honestly, this store always has issues. They usually have to remake my coffee because it’s watered down. Today I’m just wondering where the rest of my coffee is. When I asked the barista if she could add more bc there’s a bunch of foam she told me that’s how it’s made bc almond milk has a lot of foam. SMH. I hate to pay $7 for coffee and can’t event get a full cup then have to go back and forth with a barista on my way to work.

I went last night and all of the employees were taking a break at the same time. They wereArguing about who was gonna take care of me.apparently the young man lost and huffed and puffed the entire way to the register and then stared at me angrily ; I almost walked away at this point. But stayed and tried to order two different drinks and he said oh we are out of that to both drinks.Trust me that means he didn’t want to make a drink. I was Extremely disappointed in the staff. I’ve been a manager before and I would not be happy if this was myLocation. Only gave a 1star because I had Too.Do better!
