The people that work there are so friendly. Went there one time to get my daughter a drink. And it was the worst tasty i called them and let them know about it. And yeah, they replaced it, so thank you very much. She was very happy.

I feel like I just need to elaborate cause I’m really upset.. Ordered an iced Doppio with extra whole milk and sweet cream in a grande cup. I order this regularly when I need my espresso. I just don’t like it to be super bitter. Id like to mention I am religiously a Starbucks costumer. I order specialty drinks regularly as well. I give my order, get to the window, and she tells me it’s $7 and something cents. Immediately I noticed it wasn’t right cause a doppio is like $3 and the sweet cream is like $1.25. So she calls Robby over and he tells me it’s POLICY to charge me for a latte because that’s what I’m asking for. After going back and forth he tells me he will not take care of me if I kept talking to him the way I was. (Keep in mind I wasn’t cussing or degrading but stating that what he was charging me for is NOT what I ordered.) He proceeds to tell me that I “asked for it to be filled to the top with milk” which is also not true. Id like to add that even at other locations they ask me if “thats light enough” without it being full to the top and YES I do not mind I just want my espresso with cream and milk. Unfortunate situation I’m really upset.

First of all, everyone is great there! Today Rita made a small gesture that means more in the customer service world than she might think. I sometimes order a venti ice water when I am in the lobby. This is not an option to order on the app. Today Rita, had a venti iced water waiting by my order without question. It shows that they pay attention to their customers and that is the most amazing thing especially when some people come here to start there day. Rita made my day today. Thank you for your amazing service. To all the AM staff, you guys are all amazing!

I haven’t ordered my coffee at this location for a while. I went there 9-ish this morning.The kid is really polite. You can tell he’s really for his job today. I order my go to drink iced brown sugar oatmeal shaken espresso. He made the drink really well. I wish all the baristas can make this drink correctly like him.

I asked for a custom drink I found online and they nailed it. Absolutely delicious and just what I was hoping for. Thanks guys! You rocked it!
The ham and cheese croissant was horrible. Tasted old, the ham was nasty and they warmed it but is was still hard and the ham smelled weird. I only took one bite. This was at the Starbucks inside Kroger on Blue Mound and Basswood in Saginaw Tx.

6 pm on a Friday, there isn't anyone there. I'm literally the only customer. I asked for a coffee of the day with half and half- not something that should put this kid out too much. They served me 50 percent coffee, 10 percent half and half and the rest foam and air.... The picture below is exactly what I got. If you don't like your job, get another.

I whish there was a option for -⭐️because thats what they would get. Never get the right coffee and it's so hard to ask for a simple regular coffee. ? coffee are more water than coffee.Looks like this is more like the store manager problem .
