I order daily. This time the taste of coffee was different and tell them to actually make other returning old one. They ignored me, didnot make other and said they cannot. Bad customer service.

I go through the drive thru to purchase gift cards, I was told that I needed to come inside to purchase them. Never said I’m so sorry can you please come inside. I’ll buy my gift cards somewhere else that’s appreciated my business.

I literally don’t even write reviews on google but this Starbucks was probably the worst I ever been, the girl with the short guy cut who looks Asian who’s probably a manager or something has one of the worst attitudes ever, I pulled up the other day and told her to scan the 2 dollars out of my Starbucks card I had and I look down and she charged me the regular amount not taking the 2 dollars, then I go in today to get my mobile order at the drive thru and gives me the worst attitude ever, like seriously , she talked to me about how I can’t just drive up without not talking to them on the speaker, but mind you this is the first time I do it, she did not have to be so rude, seriously the MOST rude as Starbucks employee I ever came across to, I’m never coming here ever again.

Slowest service I have ever received from Starbucks. I worked at Starbucks for many many years and we were able to make multiple drinks at the same time but it seems they can only do one at a time. Waiting 20 minutes for one drink is outrageous when it’s not even that busy.
Edit: they gave me the wrong drink! And was rude about it.
I honestly never write bad reviews at all, but I am genuinely floored at how negative my not even 75 second interaction at the drive thru window with Raven just was. I had a coupon for 50% and I told her that as we were scanning my app. And then I noticed the total didn't take off for 50% so I said something and then she literally YELLED at me "So you actually have to say if you have a coupon, they don't just pop up on my screen out of nowwhere!" with an insane amount of unwarranted attitude. I then told her that I actually did say something, and then she once again yelled at me saying I needed to speak up because she couldn't hear me. I understand if she had been having a bad day and I believe she didn't hear me, but how am I supposed to know that? I work in customer service and I know the customer sometimes is wrong, but I genuinely don't know what I did to warrant that amount of disgusting attitude? Getting yelled at in the starbucks drive thru today was not on my todo list today. On top of that, I haven't been to starbucks in a while because honestly the quality of drinks has dipped down a lot lately and there's so many better options out there (Especially those with better customer service skills and nicer people), but the pumpkin cream cold brew I ordered literally tastes like water with cold foam on top.

Visit here almost everyday through the drive thru, I love the quality of service here, drinks are great but aren’t always consistent in flavor. Other than that. It’s the best Starbucks location I’ve visited by far.
A few of my favorite Starbucks items: Bacon, Egg and Gouda Sandwich, Pumpkin spice Frappuccino, Caramel Frappuccino, White chocolate mocha Frappuccino, Vanilla bean scone, pumpkin loaf, banana walnut loaf, bacon and Gruyère egg bites.
To expensive. Need to have flavor creamers.
