Yesterday I ordered coffee through the drive-thru, and the window area where drinks are handed out was very dusty and dirty. This was not the first time — I have noticed this issue several times before. The glass and surrounding area do not seem to be cleaned regularly.
I hope the management can pay attention to cleanliness, as it really affects the customer experience.

Sadly. This spot isn't managed well. The employees have a bad attitude. My drink was 4 dollars. And because I didnt tip, they ignored me and wouldn't even look at me. Literally turned away the whole time. Tipping isn't expected. And shouldn't be. I wont be back.

I went in today and ordered and it was my last time at this location. Y’all better start checking the weight of yall drinks. I opened my tall white Choc mocha to find it have filled. I called went back showed Nathan and he said “it was too much cream” well if you put the appropriate amount of coffee where else will the cream go to. This hasn’t been the first time. Prior I would go through the drive through and noticed the same, didn’t have time before however I did today. These people are charging you the whole price to give you have the servings. Unacceptable! I’ve been going to this location for years, I won’t return!
