On Monday Oct. 28th I went through the drive thru as always. The early shift of the day which is the time I go. Unfortunately, my drink was not made the way I have always ordered it and it wasn't the first time. The worst of it all, its because Starbucks has made a change in STAFF and this change from my experience hasn't been a good nor positive move on behalf of Starbucks. My drink was made bad. I mentioned it and the young lady/Barista poured out part of my drink then went to water faucet and added water. Then gave it to me and CHARGED me more than I have ever paid. This NEW STAFF isn't courteous. PREVIOUS STAFF was EXTREMELY nice and courteous and always pleasing. This new management, not good at all.
STARBUCKS!! Please.... bring back the previous early morning staff and their smiles.

$15.00 for two drinks that tasted awful…
The drinks are so good. I love how the flavor works great with the coffee, and how they have drinks for kids and pets.

They were in a bad way today. Their service was atrocious, not greeting me when I walk in, was the 1st sign of their service, Then they didn't want to help me pick my coffee either

I can't say enough good things about Elisa, the absolute best barista around! Every time I visit, she greets me with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that makes my day. Her attention to detail is incredible, always remembering my order and making it perfectly, no matter how complicated it may be. But Elisa's amazing service goes beyond just coffee. One day, I came to the café stressed out after discovering I had a flat tire. Without hesitation, Elisa stepped in to help. Not only did she offer me a comforting coffee while I waited, but she even took time out of her day to help me change the tire. That kind of kindness and willingness to go the extra mile is rare. Elisa truly goes above and beyond, not just as a barista but as a genuinely caring person. Whether it's crafting delicious drinks or helping someone in need, she's simply the best. If you're looking for great coffee and even better service, Elisa is the reason to stop by

Store was dirty, felt like they only cared about drive thru. While waiting for my drink, I watched a barista take a shot that had been sitting for at least a minute and pour it into a cup and serve it with a drink. And then put new shots into the shot glass and put it back on her espresso machine. How gross is that! If that’s is your way to get drinks out faster Starbucks, I’m going to need you to find a better way. As a former barista that is definitely against standard even with the new siren system. And it’s definitely a food safety issue. What if you didn’t notice that cinnamon got dumped into it, and gave out that drink to someone who is allergic to cinnamon. Or a full caffeine shot to someone that can only drink de caf. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
This is my second time coming and I show up to this location because they close late so I could finish up on work. Every time at around 9:30, as me and many others are working and needing of the light, they turn off the lights and do not tell us anything. No warning, no warning about if they would be closing early. They just expect you to get the hint. Which is horrible service. As we are all wondering where the lights went and using our phone flashlights to guide us around to pack up our stuff, the staff is just laughing and looking at us with a bad attitude. At least that is the vibe that is sent. I love Starbucks, so the food was great of course but it seems like everything is done without care. Restrooms aren't clean at all either. The only other thing that I could say I appreciated was the blonde girl at the front. She was sweet and had good customer service. I couldn't say the same for the girl with the bangs. If it is protocol to turn off the lights at 9:45, then tell customers that are clearly working on work that they will have no more light. Respect people and they will respect you back, or at least be considerate and inform the customers instead of giving them a look that they're over staying their visit. Not everyone knows your establishment. Google says the place closes at 11. At least fix it if the place closes earlier. Hopefully this gets fixed soon because more people will speak out about the ugly vibe here.

I visit frequently and most of the time my drink is great but lately they have been forgetting to add cold foam that I ask for. I hate it because they are taking my money but not giving me what I ask for. I will share a picture where you clearly can see the apple crisp cold foam was left out again. Which I get charged $1.45 + tax and for it to not be on my drink ruins the whole mood
