Great atmosphere and the employees work so fast and are super careful, never once having an accident with my many orders jaja. I love this place even more having met the gm Anna she was so wonderful. This is definitely my Starbucks place :)

Every time I go to this Starbucks I feel like I’m annoying the person when I order like it is an inconvenience that I’m there. One time I sat at the drive thru window for two minutes waiting to give the guy a tip as he shut the window abruptly after handing me my drink.

This is my favorite starbucks because of the amazing people that work there! Last time I was there, I was having a rough day but Allie was so nice and her smile lifted my spirits right away and made my drink extra delicious

Why does this location seem to be the only one I go to that struggles with the concept of extra ice? It's literally EVERY TIME here but every other location seems to understand that when I add extra shots and order extra ice, that means I want less milk but that seems to be a consistent problem with this location

I appreciate the quick service at this location. Despite long lines, you tend to get through pretty quickly. Downside to the service is the sloppy preparation of food. I order oatmeal with sweet cream in place of water. It tends to yield the perfect amount of sweetness and creaminess, yet the consistently left much to be desired because whoever prepared my oatmeal drowned it in sweet cream. I had to fish the oatmeal out from the bottom. It was a literal hot mess. Other locations know to only put enough to plump up the oatmeal and to not create an ocean of sweet cream.
I felt my cup when I went through drive through and finally have given up visiting this place!!! Time and time again I have been shorted my tall latte and finally have taken a picture! Please give people what they have paid for! What you gave me is ridiculous.

I usually get the iced matcha with strawberry cold foam on top. When they handed me my drink I asked for cold foam since I didn’t see any. She said the cold foam was added and it’s just mixed in because they don’t add the foam on top. Since when do they do that? What’s the point of the cold foam if you can’t taste it?

I had a refresher drink, so I am unsure of the food, but the refresher was great. The gentleman working the counter were polite, made sure that everyone was happy with their order. When it was time to close, they politely told us they were closing in a few minutes, and even though there was a small time limit, it didn't feel like we were being rushed out of the building. The Starbucks we went to off of University is one of the best locations.
