Yeah these people are rude. Hands down the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I asked for a “iced vanilla frappe” to which they apparently don’t have (never told me) but handed me a vanilla bean frappe. I told them that’s not what I wanted. Then they told me that the vanilla bean is all they have. Okay, so I ask if they can do an iced coffee with vanilla. Why the heck did I get a vanilla bean cream frappe? & not to mention, after I had told them that’s not what I ordered the first time it was wrong, they looked at me dumb and were extremely rude. I’ll definitely take my business 10 minutes down the road or over to McDonald’s where they know what an iced vanilla frappe is. 😂

I just want to say the young man working the afternoon/evening shift on 6/27/25 was amazing! I feel bad that I didn’t get his name, but he was top notch. He made sure our drinks were exactly right! Much appreciated!

I got to this Starbucks frequently. The employees are always friendly and professional. My go to drink is a tall vanilla bean frappe with extra Carmel drizzle and the make it just right. Also, the music selection is pretty good.

Updating my review, but trying to keep the old premise of the initial review you can come here for 20 years and be a gold member and all that, but if you go in asking for a Venti ice water, there’s a young woman in there that will say it loud enough that water is no longer free anymore .
Had a manager get rowdy over some paying customers smoking cigarettes outside. But the homeless that steal and use drugs on property don’t get bothered at all. The old managers were way better. This used to be our go to starbucks over three times a day. Now Im forced to go to Dutch bros.
