I normally use the drive-thru, but today I went inside because I wanted to look at the bread. Once I grabbed my coffee and sat down, I accidentally spilled the entire thing everywhere. The staff was incredibly helpful and even replaced it for me. Their kindness really made my day.

Yeah these people are rude. Hands down the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I asked for a “iced vanilla frappe” to which they apparently don’t have (never told me) but handed me a vanilla bean frappe. I told them that’s not what I wanted. Then they told me that the vanilla bean is all they have. Okay, so I ask if they can do an iced coffee with vanilla. Why the heck did I get a vanilla bean cream frappe? & not to mention, after I had told them that’s not what I ordered the first time it was wrong, they looked at me dumb and were extremely rude. I’ll definitely take my business 10 minutes down the road or over to McDonald’s where they know what an iced vanilla frappe is. 😂

Yeah these people are rude. Hands down the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.
