My husband and I LOVE Starbucks!! Great location and service. We typically go inside to order and it's super fast, almost never a wait time. The staff is very professional while making me feel like we're best friends at the same time! We don't typically order food items but the coffee is PERFECTION!!! They also have an amazing selection of products to buy, especially around the holidays and the discounts are even better towards the end of the year. I highly recommend this location, not once have I ever had an unpleasant experience here!

I visited this morning and was served by Giuliana. As I am nine months pregnant, I specifically requested a decaf coffee. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect twice: first, the size was wrong, and instead of correcting it, Giuliana poured the coffee down the drain. When she attempted to fix the size, she mistakenly made it with regular coffee instead of decaf. Given the health risks of caffeine during pregnancy, this mistake was particularly troubling. Additionally, the delays caused me to be late for work. I ended up requesting a refund due to these issues. I am extremely upset at this situation.

This is my go to Starbucks. I like that it's in the grocery store so I can get it when I'm grocery shopping. The Baristas are always so nice when I go. Last time I wasn't sure what to get so they recommended a great fall drink. And it's less busier than regular

Both the last two times we’ve stopped to grab a coffee here before grocery shopping we catch attitude and our drinks are poorly made. It’s unfortunate everyone that works there feels obligated to let us know how bad of a day they’re having just before handing me a pumpkin spiced latte that has no whipped cream on it and tastes like regular coffee with creamer and no sugar. We won’t waste their time anymore lol

Would not recommend this starbucks! Rude employees, aren’t trained like real starbucks employees they just are Kroger employees that are stuck over there doing starbucks orders. Make drinks wrong, had to tell them how to use the machine correctly to pay. Just go to the one in Keller it’s way better.

Love Starbucks, but sadly this location seems to always be closed even when their hours state they are open. Often out of ingredients. Staff is always nice, but when there’s only 1 person working the wait times are not worth it.
