Came into fort worth on the amtrak train from oklahoma city on Thanksgiving vacation and had a 3 hr layover. Needed some coffee and this Starbucks was the closest to the station. The girl that helped me was super friendly and made me a great cup of coffee. Next time im in fort worth ill be sure to stop by for another cup. Thanks

As an avid Starbucks consumer who goes daily and travels often, this by far has to be the worst experience and store I’ve ever had.
We went at 5:45pm and while the store was set to close at 6pm, the manager had a security person guard the doors preventing anyone from entering. I talked to the guard and asked why they were not able to serve anyone else when there were people inside and he said the manager had decided to close. I asked why and he wouldn’t provide a reason. I asked to speak with the manager and he rudely said that because he couldn’t provide me with a drink due to lack of inventory, they were refusing any new patrons.
He had not asked what I wanted to get, mind you. I told him it was wild to assume what I would want, and because the store closed at 6pm, they were not following Starbucks protocol. The manager said he could circumvent the normal operations because his store wasn’t a corporate location so Starbucks wouldn’t care if their name and reputation were tarnished.
As someone who also worked for Starbucks for years, I would never speak down to customers like that, and I did ask for the management information so I could let them know what poor quality of service and sheer disrespect they were showing. There were several other patrons who attempted to come in as well and were all told that they were closing early even though there was a line inside already.
In retrospect, I believe the true reason the management decided to close early was that there was a special event going on in downtown Fort Worth, and the manager didn’t want to stay late so he chose to lie to his patrons and tell them they were unable to serve anyone else.
I will be writing to Omni Hotel management as well about this incident as they are allowing poor management to tarnish the name of a leader in the industry, Starbucks, and thinking that it’s okay to lie to patrons and treat them like garbage. Whether it be a corporate entity or not, the brand is only as strong as its weakest link, and let me tell you, this store is one to stay far away from.

Delicious hot chocolate and super nice barista! Super clean bathrooms as well. We like the Christmas decorations and the delicious peppermint chocolate and cinnamon chocolate. This is a perfect stop to get a coffee and use the restroom before walking over to the amazing water gardens!

They skimped my coffee, when I pay for a large, I expect the whole cup to be filled. Not 3/4 of it. White mocha diddnt taste as good as it normally does. Brekfast sandwhich was okay tho.

Wish I would have read the reviews before I went.
I ordered a venti white chocolate frapp with 3 extra shots affagado. Enough espresso to kill a horse. They charged me for the extra shots. Got my drink, definitely not affagado. Took a couple of sips and knew it didn't have the extra shots. I asked the barista's (who were just hanging out on their cell phones) if it had 3 EXTRA shots and they reassured me it did. Super disappointed, I imagine it just has 3 shots period. Very costly mistake.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. The lady making drinks was purposely going very slow with a bad attitude. It took her 8 minutes to make one refresher. She didn’t make one of my drinks, and when I asked about it, she was very rude. I finally just left without one of the drinks I paid for because I needed to be somewhere.

I am absolutely ticked off at the unprofessional nature of this establishment. When I 1st came in with my young daughter, I ordered and the lady rep had an attitude and didn't respond to our pleasantries or manners. Against my better judgement I went back to order another set of desserts. They didnt have mine, which was fine. She took my order, had a 4 min conversation with the other guy barista, about if they wanted to make some sort of arrangement because Jose was coming over to help close. I could of literally gotten my order right then. Literally the cash register is right next to the dessert case. That didnt happen. I literally was the 1st one in line, and do you they took 4 people with fancy coffee orders before me? Can someone explain to me, why I had to wait almost 10 mins, while people with longer orders were handled before me? It's not like I had to wait on them to cook, they are prepackaged like every other Starbucks cake. I literally saw her take it out after the 5th lady in line received her order before me.
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely 0 stars. When a child speaks, speak back. When they say thank you, say your welcome. When they order and they end with please, you acknowledge them. This lady was so snotty and arrogant it made my blood boil to not have a full on moment with how she acted with my daughter. I think that is what really pushed me over the edge

Consistently slow and lousy service. They are always out of key ingredients during the week and their mixer is constantly down so its a coin flip on if you can get a cold drink or not. There is another starbuck 0.5 miles down the road. you're better off going there.
