9am in lobby of Omni Ft wort, TX. Great service & fast. I usually get Gouda sandwich but got feta wrap instead. It was okay but filling. Venti caramel ribbon crunch is always great!

Do not waste your time here. You have to park behind the Omni building if there's even parking available. You cannot enter Starbucks so you walk all the way around the building and through the entire length of the hotel to get to Starbucks. Once you arrive...they have essentially no signature drink ingredients in stock. Definitely a waste of time and effort.

If I could give the manager 5 stars for how amazing his drinks are and how kind he is I would , but this reviews is for the employees. if all the employees were as kind as the manager was it would have been one of the best Starbucks I have been to. I have experience as working as a barista at Starbucks and when I sent my boyfriend to order me a drink, I can tell it wasn't made correctly and he decided to go back and see if they could remake it for me. He came back and the drink was worst. I can tell it was made in animosity. It wasn't a hard drink to make and was just a simple brown shaken expresso. I had asked for extra cinnamon and I can tell she opened the cap and dumped the cinnamon on it on purpose. I can tell when someone does things out of spite and the drink I received was exactly that. It's sucks to be that person to complain but when I went back I didn't like how I was treated and being ignored when I was being kind about the situation and just wanted the drink I had bought. I can also tell the third time they made it. They didn't give me my full shots my boyfriend had originally paid for. I honestly just took the drink and went on even thanked them. Treat people with Kindness cause kindness can go a long way. I hope the ladies won't treat others like this, but other than that wait for the manager to work and you'll get your drink made with kindness and love lol

got my coffee here on several mornings during a conference. Even with a long line they kept it moving and got me taken care of quickly.
Two words, Greedy management.First one’s what it’s supposed to look like, while the second one is what I received today, presumably because I didn’t tip. Furthermore it was at the lead/manager’s discretion. At first I felt a bit of guilt for not having a tip at hand and planned on returning with one, but that’s unfortunately no longer the case. Tasted like something I did NOT ORDER(maybe tasted caramel twice throughout the drink). Maybe next time

This Starbucks is located in the Omni Fort Worth hotel. I stopped in to order a tea before I headed home from a conference and was a bit disappointed with my Chai Latte. This is one of my regular orders when I go to a Starbucks and it just wasn't as flavorful as it usually is. It was good, but usually it's a great drink.Think classic Starbucks, because the store is set up very similarly and offers different drink vessels you can purchase. I'm not sure if the menu is the exact same as a stand-alone coffee shop, but this location still has the same Starbucks feel you expect. Good coffee shop ambiance. Service was friendly, efficient, and fairly quick.

Firstly this was my first day at Starbucks in fortworth, I downloaded the app to avail the rewards but the have stickers everywhere for rewards but once I decided to make the make payment the the girl on the billing counter said that it’s joint with the hotel, after sometime I have asked her that there are stickers on your store that you do offer reward payment then she replied their machine are not working for you scanning and make the payment

First no-dairy Starbucks I've visited. Server acted shocked/offended when I declined oat, soy, and almond-milks and instead requested "normal whole milk" for my drink. Weird move, Starbucks.
