This is the second time I order the breakfast blueberry oatmeal and all I get is a cup of oatmeal with not even the blueberries. If you are out of stock say something so that we can order something different. To make things worse I had to add hot water to the oatmeal at work because the oatmeal was supper dry.

When you order something off the menu, they should let you know when they don’t have all the ingredients to complete that item. Instead, they wait until they hand it to you at The window and think you won’t notice. For my high dollar coffee I expect all my ingredients to be included. Not a super happy camper today.
Every time I order a venti, it looks like a grande in a venti cup! Where is the rest of the drink! No other locations do this to me! I ask them to remake and it looks the same 4 sips and its gone! Why lord why!

Great staff this morning. The barista was friendly, made casual conversation and actually responded to what I said. I don't expect those things when ordering, but it was nice to have a friendly face this morning. Service was quick and order was correct.

The people at this location are AWESOME. Here's why, this Starbucks is in the most convenient location when it comes to a business/consumer standpoint. It is right off the freeway, it is right next to the businesses nearby. While that is amazing for us that want to grab a coffee, it is ALWAYS BOOMING so it can be quite stressful when you view it from the staff's perspective. THEY ROCK IT EACH TIME. The parking lot is small, it shares a lot with McDonald's and the drive thru wraps around to the service road. Every time I have experienced chaos there they just HANDLE IT. Smiles, laughs, kindness. It is wild, but I am always so impressed. Well done I-35 & Everman store, you are doing wonderful! I am now currently drinking my iced black coffee happy as can be and just needed to tell the staff thank you!!!
