This Starbucks is very close to my home and I visit multiple times in a week on my way to work. Today the drive thru line was long and took over 12 minutes to get to window to receive my order. For the last several months each time I order a coffee no green stoppers are available, I'm offered a sticker after I ask for a stopper. Today I ordered a Carmel Mac along with a cheese danish (no napkins was given) the drink was not sweet (didn't know until I was 5 mins out on the freeway), previously I ordered a Passion Tea Lemonade and had to send it back 2x to get the right sweetness. I'm very disappointed in the quality of drinks that is being served at my neighborhood Starbucks and hope that they'll turn it around so I can continue to patronize.

I pulled up in the drive thru for my dbl espresso over ice and they did not disappoint! It’s a fairly simple drink I get with a few add-ins but is just as easy to mess up without proper consideration. Great job! and thank you for being nice to me, Jackie.

I love Starbucks and the people here are amazing and know what you want and make the coffee amazing, only problem is parking if only the line at drive thru can put a sign to let people pass to get out instead of blocking us in , numerous accidents happened , I’m posting this hoping corporate does something about this not everyone follows the rules to let us go by and give us room

I asked for a grande in a venti cup with extra ice & the guy said “a grande and an extra grade cup of ice.”I said “no, I want a grande with extra ice in a venti cup”He rung up a grade AND a venti cup of ice…So I told the girl that was making the drink what I wanted and I said “I don’t want any space, just extra ice to fill the space.” She says okay and this is the drink I got. Barely any cold foam, and the space I didn’t want.

Usually the customer service here is pretty decent. But my last visit, not so much. I’m always very specific when I place my order. They usually get it right but not this time. When I went to the counter to advise that my order was wrong, they treated me as if I was crazy for complaining. I just walked out and took it as is and they were not remorseful about it one bit. Not a bad location but the employees customer service is slowly declining.
