This store is bipolar sometimes you get good service sometimes you don’t. Went to pickup my drink that had a ready time get there it’s not ready and I’m told to drive back around in the drive through with at least 8-9 cars waiting behind me. We need another and a better Starbucks in the area!!

My experience was extremely positive. Mikeila made my drink (an iced chai latte) the best I’ve ever had it, and was so nice! The speed of service was very fast, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming! Great spot to visit!

Had an online order went to the walk up when it said it was ready . The woman opens the window hand a guy a drink and closes it back didn’t even acknowledge me so I stand there another 5 mins waiting hole time my drink is already ready and getting watery as I wait!! I should’ve made them make it all Over again… where is the manager who is in control of this location?? Because they suck!

These people need training, someone taught them wrong. I was charged +$1.25 to make it a single shot instead of the 3 shots it comes with, then he charged me +0.80 to make it white mocha instead of mocha which is what it comes with. I called to ask why I was charged $7.90 for a grande white mocha with 1 shot, the lady said it’s because white mocha isn’t on their menu and so they had to build it on top of another coffee frappe, I paid for a completely different drink plus more. They are ripping me off. It’s only $6.25 when ordered thru the app.

By far the worst Iced Matcha Frappuccino I've ever had! Not sweet at all like they put too much matcha powder in it! First and very last time I come to this location! All my matcha fraps have been sweet up till this point! Very disappointed, may have to take this drink to another Starbucks have them correct this drink! The INSTRUCTIONS ARE CLEARLY PRINTED!

So just out for a walk with my dog. I walked up to the window and ask for a water cup I am being informed that they cannot give out water cups unless they purchase something. I then proceeded to ask can I purchase a water cup? They can’t sell just cup of water. I just wanted a water from my dog cause it’s hot out and apparently it’s against the company policy To give out water and less paid for through the bottle. Absolutely ridiculous Starbucks is trash.

Emely was super rude she rolled her eyes on me because i asked for a separate cup of ice she was so disrespectful!! Never coming back here again!! Not to mention i spent almost 26$

This person is everything that is wrong with customer service. She was very rude when we were ordering. We asked for extra sugar and our coffee came without the stirrer so I politely asked for a teaspoon and her response was to point her finger at us and completely ignore us. January 12. 12:16 pm.

This place always takes forever to get through the line even if there’s two cars in front of you. I ordered a brown sugar shaken expresso in a Viente and they never fill it all the way up the top. One time I finally had enough so I asked them to fill it up to the top but that was after waiting to get someone’s attention because the drive through worker just handed me my drink and immediately shut the window. We even honked multiple times to get someone’s attention but that still didn’t work. I don’t understand how you can just walk away and that’s after we didn’t even get a good attitude from her. Supplies are always gone and they tell me if I want light ice they are going to have to either leave space or fill the rest up with milk. I’ve been here multiple times and the customer service is non existent and no one seems like they want to be there.

After, a long day at work I wanted a sweet treat right before they closed at about 7:45. I was told that they were out. I went the next morning right when they opened and I was told they had some. Now, there is know way they received a shipment in that time. I know we have our days but that is absolutely poor customer service.

Order a grande pepper mint mocha coffee. And they gave me a hot chocolate pepper mint. It tastes disgusting!!! Waste of money!! People at this location need better training!!! I would definitely not be coming back to this location!!!!
