i ordered 3 cake pops and instead of 3 i got 1 and when i tried to speak to them i was rudely interrupted by one of your workers emily told me to wait and snatched the bag off my hands and told me to wait, i waited for 20 minutes and i never got my cakepops.

Manager stared at me from her car while I ask to have my drink remade . Then manager or girl with pink braids gets mad because they messed up my drink again! I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for at least seven years every day. I don’t know what happened that they lost all the good people that had. The 2020-2024 staff had great customer service from Alejandra (Ally), Karrah, TaBenda, Vicki, Damien and others that you passed over for Management just to get this current staff and manager who has no business working customer service jobs. Y’all need all new staff
I had the most horrible experience at Starbucks today. The manager was extremely racist towards me and I had to drive to the store twice because I was promised a remake on my drink but then was refused. I hope management is able to compensate for this because I am contemplating on filing a lawsuit for this treatment

This entire establishment needs additional training from management to barista. They are always very confused and order is inaccurate. This morning it was pouring raining and I attempted to make an order at the window instead of it drenching my car and was told that is against the rules . I would have to order at the speaker instead. That is uncovered .

The servers here are the worst. Dodge this place. They want Tips but can't serve a drink, SMH. I got sick from a drink that was made at this location. I'll never go back

Worst experience ever, I told my husband to get me a mocha Frappuccino from here, when he got home I tried it & it was nasty, it didn’t have any flavor, I mean come on if you’re running out of ingredients just say so, so we can order something different, so I went back so they can remake it but they were RUDE AF and just told me they were closed!! And just ignored me, I tried to talk to them but I just saw they were just pointing fingers at me.
Starbucks do better at hiring people that really want to work and have a better attitude, and yes I would like my refund, thanks!

The barista is rude! I place an order on the app and go to the drive thru only to be told to go to the parking lot until the app tells me my order is ready. REALLY!!! There was no one behind me.
The app tells me to go to the drive thru and ask for my order. So I drive around back through the drive thru, now 3 cars ahead of me, get my order and half my drink is thawed out. Its suppose to be FROZEN!!
I will be calling corporate to get a refund.

Horrible experience. Now I see why the 3.6 reviews. Here’s another 1 star, if I can, I’ll give a 0. I am already having a bad morning, just trying to get some coffee. No signs anywhere posted about not taking cash, large bill. ( I have a 50.00 bill and 100.00 bill on me). Lost my wallet, so all I have is a big bill in my hand. Anyway, there was no sign. So I went to the drive through lane, and waited, there was a decent regular long line, and ordered drinks. Even after I finished the order, the person never said anything about big bill. And when I finally got to the front, I was told that they don’t take my money, 50.00 bills. I spend 18.00 and they said no. But they told me that if I buy more than half, then they have change. So they have no change for me, but if I spend 55, and have 100, they will give me a change. So stupid ridiculous. Lost a customer and here’s a review. That’s how mad I am.

This store is bipolar sometimes you get good service sometimes you don’t. Went to pickup my drink that had a ready time get there it’s not ready and I’m told to drive back around in the drive through with at least 8-9 cars waiting behind me. We need another and a better Starbucks in the area!!

Rude and piss poor customer service
My experience was extremely positive. Mikeila made my drink (an iced chai latte) the best I’ve ever had it, and was so nice! The speed of service was very fast, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming! Great spot to visit!
Had an online order went to the walk up when it said it was ready . The woman opens the window hand a guy a drink and closes it back didn’t even acknowledge me so I stand there another 5 mins waiting hole time my drink is already ready and getting watery as I wait!! I should’ve made them make it all
Over again… where is the manager who is in control of this location?? Because they suck!
